Pine palace resort pahalgam

One of the worst hotel I've stayed during my tour to Kashmir. 1. Staff behaviour was very very rude , they will get very irritated even if I ask for a simple towel. They'll openly express their rudeness. 2. Worst management, no electricity no hot water, get your level up pine palace 3. Fix your bathroom I already suffered enough for only one night from your broken tiles in your bathroom 4. No a single clean things can be seen in the room All i want to say , this resort only look fancy from outside it's a complete garbage inside

Rooms were okay but infrastructure was bad. Tv was not working and plug points were also broken . Only one was working. Rooms lighting is also dim. No restaurant in available in hotel. You have to go outside for food and rooms were expensive with these services.

Pine Palace Resort is a nice hotel in Pehalgam. It is quite clean and has heater in common areas and each room. It is located in a very scenic location. Water heating kettle was available in the room which is appreciable. Food is very nice. Manager Mudasir is very helpful person. Special thanks to him. Good place but has electricity problems and the heater is not turned on for a long time. 2 bedroom is spacious but 4 bedroom is little congested. Would like to give some suggestion to make the place best a) Kindly provide/fix floor mats/foot mat as it's too cold in the evening, very difficult to step on the floor. b) It's better to have individual heater controller than the centralised one. In centralised system the customer needs to wait till the heater is turned on from your side. c) Windows needs to be dusted at regular interval. Overall it was a memorable and pleasant stay.

Just loved this resort. Hotel staffs are super cooperative and well behaved.Food is delicious too. The rooms are also good.

we get very bed experience in this resorts. We book 2 room from 04 - 05 April through our agent for our Malayian guest. When they arrive in hotel,the owner, told them that you are Foreigner guest,we willgive another hotel King palace, which is near by, And this is pathathic , its like a hostle, not hotel. Our guest boundeed to stay there. And they give very bed review. Please be carefull whileyou booking ths hotel. thanks

With all amenities location food is apreciatable all the staff is egar to take care of the guest nobody will like to stay in any other resort
