The Hotel name is different and catchy and so the Hotel which is recently renovated and hence the Best option to select in Pahalgam. Best location, Spacious Rooms, Nice restaurant with delicious food. In-house parking available if you drive to hotel. Outside lawn area is superb and best place to take a walk. Overall great resort to make your stay nice.

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly courteous. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and helpful, always with a friendly attitude. Special thanks to Restaurant manager and the Chef who helped preparing a cake for my mom's birthday celebration at a short notice. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for great service.

Great Stay at Whitewater Resorts, but Food Could Be Better We stayed at Whitewater Resorts for just one night, and the experience was quite pleasant. The room was extremely good—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made our stay very relaxing. However, while everything about the stay was nice, we felt the food could use some improvement. The quality and variety didn’t quite match the standard of the resort. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, but with better food, it could have been perfect!

The resort looked good and located in the heart of Pahalgam resorts area where 100s of other resorts are available and it is located near the Lidder river as well. Good view outside the resort. A good sitout place is available outside as well. We had lots of issues with the room heating system which was resolved after 4 to 5 call ups to the reception. The staffs at the restaurant could be a bit more friendlier and attentive as I felt they were not so welcoming. Food was also not that great, if they are not comfortable in cooking South Indian food, it is better to prepare whatever they best know. South Indian food items were pathetic, no salt, no taste, etc.

It's a nice property approx 10 km before Pahalgam town. Rooms are good and spacious. Room service is good. The servers/waiters are always demaning.for the tip. Food is above average. Hotel amenities are good. Overall it is a good place to spend a night or two but the staff needs a bit schooling.

Stayed here for 2 night amazing staff,food hotel itself looks sitting in valley.under renovating and seems like very near to 5 star. Very nice restaurant manager Shakir. Always helpful with big smile. If hotel add some night entertainment and activities for children this hotel will rock. Thanks Shakir👋
