During our memorable two-day stay at the hotel, we booked three rooms and were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff exceeded our expectations, ensuring our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The property itself was breathtaking, enhancing the overall enjoyment of our visit. Special recognition must go to Sonu and the front desk team for their outstanding service. They were consistently helpful and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, I fell ill during our visit, but the hotel staff's response was beyond exemplary. In the middle of the night, they promptly took me to the hospital and stayed with me for several hours until I received the necessary treatment and medication. Their care and support during this stressful time were invaluable, and I am deeply grateful for their unwavering assistance. Additionally, the food at the hotel was exceptional, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Each meal was delicious and served with attention to detail, further enhancing our overall experience. Based on our overwhelmingly positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others. The combination of exceptional staff, a stunning property, delicious cuisine, and outstanding service truly sets it apart as a destination worth visiting.

The resort is situated at a very nice location overlooking the majestic mountains. The checkin was seamless and the people at the reception are super helpful. They even helped us in getting the vehicle for sightseeing. The restaurant serves one of the best food I had in Kashmir. Special mention to Inyat, Shakir and Imran for great hospitality and making our stay effortless with amazing food

Very nice staff we enjoyed a bon fire never forget this property heating properly The rooms were bigger but well kept. The heating systems were pretty decent. We experienced candle light dinner when we were there, and the hotel looked amazing then. Thanks shabir baye

I recently stayed (12-6-24 to 14-6-24)at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the popular attractions. The room was not so spacious but clean, and comfortable, AC indoor unit in room but no use of same No Lift for any floor , The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes. A standout for me was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Raina from the restaurant staff. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable and memorable. His friendly and attentive nature really enhanced my stay at the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. Rooms are very cozy and beautiful, restaurant’s ambience and food was good. Their staff were welcoming and hospitality was a top notch. I definitely recommend this resort if you visit Pahalgam.

They have a good mountain view from the hotel. The rooms were bigger but well kept. The heating systems were pretty decent. We experienced candle light dinner when we were there, and the hotel looked amazing then.

Excellent choice of dishes, the food was delicious as well. The service was very friendly. Captain Bilal Raina and Inayat and Nayeem and Irfan were awesome hosts. Excellent food!|They took special care of my younger child, keep doing the great job!!
