Had a pleasant stay with a beautiful view of the valley from our bedroom. The place is well maintained with hot running water and wifi provided and also bed warmers were provided which is great as it got really cold at night. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay and it was simply lovely. However the stairs to the hotel is little bit high and it may be a problem for senior citizens and people with any knee issues . Apart from that no other complaints as the hospitality staff was really polite and helpful.

Location - Awesome Staff - Awesome Food - Awesome #breathtaking-views Overall our experience was good at this hotel, we stayed just for 1 night (unfortunately) which had breakfast and dinner included. The food was really delicious and varieties were served. Special shout-out to Nasir bhai, the most polite guy we met in Kashmir…he takes care of Food n serving.. all the other members were sweet and professional too.. Highly recommended

It was very nice experience to stay here for 3 nights. Room service , hospitality everything great. I specially admire Mr. Nasirbhai for his attentiveness and personalise service for client comfort. He is gem person in the hotel.

The room was smelling like cigarette Unhygienic room was there room were too dirty Washroom was toooo too dirty They also didn't take any I'd of the coustomer Staff and manager both are rude I do not recommend this resort total waste of money

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Forest Hill Hotel in Pahalgam during my visit from London, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel's setting is picturesque, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, and the well-maintained lawn added to the serene ambiance. The rooms were immaculate, with every detail attended to for comfort and cleanliness. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, featuring modern shower cubicles that made the stay even more comfortable. Dining at the hotel was a culinary treat, with both dinner and breakfast surpassing my expectations in terms of variety and taste. The staff at Forest Hill Hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality made a significant difference. Without a doubt, I will be visiting Foret Hill Hotel again. It was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Pahalgam.

This is a quaint hotel tucked away from the crowded area of Pahalgam and probably has the best views of snow clad mountains, both at the front and at the back. The rooms are neat, clean and cosy and are provided with a heating blanket and room heater. The staff, especially Fridaus is very receptive and super helpful. The food quality is amazing with a mix of delectable vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes being served. The housekeeping too is top notch. All in all a very satisfying experience.

The stay was great, service was excellent and everyone was quite friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. Rooms were nice with great views of the hills.
