Fresh Water Resort

The resort is built at most beautiful scenic location. The hospitality is amazing. I found the food to be very authentic especially the kashmiri cuisine. The staff is very polite and professional. There are other resorts in the same area but this resort is placed right on the corner of the river. I recommend staying in the corner rooms as the view is really amazing.

We stayed at the property for one night and it was beautiful. View is at next level with amazing garden. Met the owner, who is so passionate about the property and tries to give a homely vibe. Would like to request to add more option in breakfast buffet. Thank you

We stayed for 2 days at the hotel. The staff is one of the best I have seen. The location is so beautiful that you would want to stay outdoors and gaze at the beautiful mountains or the sunrise. Not to forget the garden with all colors of roses blooming. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was also quite tasty. All in all, this is one of the best place to stay if you are going to Pahalgam.

Unfortunately we only had lunch near the lidder river and not a full stay. Else it was an excellent experience. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They try to guide you wrt your plans whenever possible. The food is very good. The infra and hotel design is very aesthetic. The view the hotel is amazing.

I had a very bad experience when I called the hotel. I greeted the person, and they rudely told me to get to the point. They clearly have no manners and didn’t even respond to my greeting. It was extremely unprofessional. If there were a 0-star option, I would give it that instead. Even giving 1 star feels too generous. I strongly advise everyone not to make any bookings there, as they will likely not take responsibility if any complaints arise. Very very very bad

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fresh Water Resort, Pahalgam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst the stunning natural beauty of Pahalgam, this resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing all the modern comforts while maintaining a cozy, homely feel, would recommend to book the premium room for best view. Waking up to the sound of flowing water and birds chirping was a refreshing experience. The hospitality of the staff deserves special mention. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of with exceptional service. The team was always attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. A special thanks to Mr. Khan for making our stay perfect, will only stay at here whenever i visit next time and would definitely recommend to my friends.

Great Stay at Freshwater Resort, Pahalgam! I had a wonderful experience at Freshwater Resort. The location is beautiful, offering stunning views, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
