Only two stars for the room. As it was big and new. But the staff and environment of the staff is very cheap. They don’t have kitchen so they will procure food from outside and the service is very so bad that they bring cold food even tea.if u complain they won’t notice as u r talking to air. There is no room heater available. Toilets are very dirty. And location is lill off route. In short not recommend u to stay.

Very thoughtful & helpful people at the main desk. Tried to help us in making arrangements in every way that we needed. We didn't have a good experience with the food availability in the hotel itself. Had to go out for breakfast & other meals.
