"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable , with an awesome view & a beautiful garden . Specially I liked Altaf Jamal he is an extremely good guy and was very much helpful each & everytime & also were much cooperative, he is a room boy from housekeeping department , His service was excellent .

We were provided a hut accomodation which was not so good. Very compact for 3 people. Other rooms were also compact for 3 people. Location n service was good. They have carpet shop beside their property. Food was great..both breakfast and dinner!! Except rooms, everything was good. Overall, not a 4 star std hotel!!! Average stay!!

Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Your staffs were really friendly and helpful. But you can gear up with your restaurant service .|Our stay in your resort was amazing and it was a remarkable trip for my family.|Best part of the resort is the the location and the pricing.|This is probably my go to resort in Srinagar, resort is very big in size and it holds lots of parking space, kids playing zone best place for picnic or any celebrations with family or frnds.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This resort is still memorable. Even though this resort is quite far from city. The stay here is still memorable,Had stayed for 3 days and all I can say about the place is just amazing. Has a playing place maybe a table tennis board where I enjoyed a lot playing TT, carpet used in resort is very attractive and high quality and standard of carpet,The rooms are really excellent. The quality of service, room service, food, behavior and everything is amazing. Makes us feel like we are at home. Had been through Cox's and Kings and definitely they gave a good 3star but it's worth a 5 star rating. If you goin. You can definitely stay here. Well recommended

Best and safe place for couples to stay. Reasonable size of the deluxe rooms. Very near to Dal lake and the gardens in Srinagar. The standout thing about them is their food. It was extraordinary (just an opinion as we love north indian food). Friendly atmosphere and staff. We enjoyed our stay there, very thankful to the all management for giving us home feeling lots of love.

The rooms on the ground floor are modern yet small. Almost all rooms in the ground floor are mass booked by travel agent companies like Kesari. Rooms on the first floor do no have any views and should be avoided. Restaurant buffet the food is just above average. Service is good and the local Kashmiri waiters and staff are exceptional. 10 out of 10 stars to Bilal.
