I was here for one day visit from my office. We had very bad experience in all the way. Breakfast is bad and it was not continental. Same goes with lunch too. Swimming pool is not hygiene and water was in different colour. Fun part is changing rooms does not have the taps to take shower. Not many dry games to explore. We went there to relax from work but it was stressful.

Had been with my cousins and my 1 year old baby.. Enjoyed the activities.. And chilled out in the pool.. one small suggestion if you guys are planning out for this resort please do carry your Mosquito bat if you are having a small kids it would be really helpful for you guys.. and main point I had to give homemade food they cooked even for my baby separately and give me the way I want.. Mr.Shabaz was very cooperative.. the next day when we check out the room all of a Saturn my baby was crying then when I went in asked him for your help he gave me the keys back and asked a story relax for some time so I really meant to mention this just because humanity matters a lot.. thank you wild Valley for making girls feel Homestay..

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money! I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this resort truly deserves it. We were shocked by how poorly maintained the place was, especially after paying such a high amount. The service was terrible – unresponsive and careless. We had booked a room for 5-6 people, but what we got was a cramped space that could barely fit us all. To make things worse, there were no phones in the room, no network connectivity, and no 24/7 helpline for assistance. Even basic necessities like drinking water were not available unless repeatedly asked for. It honestly felt like they just wanted the money, without offering even the bare minimum comfort or hospitality. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-serviced getaway, this is NOT the place. Save your money and avoid the disappointment..

Great Experience at Wild Valley Resort I had a wonderful time at Wild Valley Resort. The place is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the food and the fun activities . It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Would definitely visit again!

Terrible Experience – Not Worth It! We stayed at this resort for a company team outing (~30 people), and our experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Rude & Unprofessional Staff – The resort has a rule where guests must wear a band at all times. While no one asked about it during dinner, during breakfast, a staff member rudely stopped one of our teammates (who was holding a plate) and insisted they go to the reception to get a band before eating. We understand rules, but is this how you treat paying guests? The staff showed no courtesy and were extremely unprofessional. 2. Unhygienic Food – The food quality was terrible. We found a glass piece in the biryani and a plastic piece in the soup—an absolute health hazard! 3. Poor Room Conditions – The rooms were in bad shape. The AC was leaking, and there was no hot water in the bathrooms. 4. Zero Customer Service – Despite all the issues, there were no apologies. Instead, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing no concern for guest experience. The situation was so bad that we skipped breakfast and checked out immediately. The staff only cared about enforcing their “rules” rather than ensuring a pleasant stay. Would never recommend this place. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality, hygiene, and service!

Why I chose wild valley was the name is very apt for the resort. The ambience is really good almost 5 times I have visited and the service is very excellent, especially Mr shabaz takes good care of the visitors. And other staff too, I have come to the resort with my school kids, they enjoyed each and every activity, the food was very great. Totally had a very good time and outing.

We had been for day outing 4 days back. Cleanliness wasn't there only especially in dinning area n washrooms. All the wash basins were either leaking or there was no pipe only across dining halls both, in toilets. Changing rooms were just walls no hooks to hang clothes which was very basic thing. Paneer gravy was oily n other items were okay. Bowls for icecream were watery n not clean only we had to pick in the lot. For kids below 10 no activites except Target shooting which was paid n normal slide n swing. Swimming pool water was so horrible n so small. When space s less please limit the number of people u book in, maintain the quality. Worst resort ever we have been so far.
