Behind Wood Resort - Best Resorts in Bangalore

Booked for a family retirement party. Met Mr. Mohan manager for the resort who was highly unprofessional about his roles and responsibilities. When we booked the resort he had agreed for a good hospitality service but none of them were fulfilled. Entire amount was paid in advance amount that is Rs. 1 lakh. They are only behind the money. The resort team failed 💯 percent failed in fulfilling the hospitality services. Drinking water was not supplied even after repeated reminders. Mike was not provided for speech. Food was asked to prepared for 50+ members but they prepared only for 30 to 35 members. For each and everything they were giving lame reasons which are highly unacceptable. To serve the food also no one volunteered. After the entire party we asked the manager what was all the fuss about he hardly had any answers for it. The owner of the resort refused to speak to us. Cottages beds were provided without sheets and no water supply was there in cottages. Ac's didn't work in the night and manager had instructed his boys to power off the ac's from outside to save power. Rooms were pathetic condition. I request the people to think before going to such a place. Unforgettable experience in a worst way. Please please don't book this resort.

They promised if we pay all amount in the starting dey won't allow anyone.they took 1 lakh yet allowed others. No covid measures. Rooms chairs table none of them were sanitized. Pool was in worst condition.AC was not working. Didn't provide room keys. No drinking water available. We got beds without bedsheets and pillow covers. Rusted rods in bathroom. No curtain were dere from outside we can see whats going on in room. Not suitable to any funtions and dont take family members not safe as rooms didnt had proper lock make sure you see all rooms condition as dey show only 1room which is the only best room.

Nice place.. once entered you will forgot the outside world.. atleast monthly once recommend like this place for fresh up... park for children, very big hall, nicely maintain the rooms, food I haven't tried.. Overall liked this place.. and owner is a very young guy and friendly..

Very worst service friend had booked the resort for her son birthday its very bad experience she is facing in comfortable food is not at all good. And no neatness, no water, instead of giving good service they were back of money only.they have spoiled the birthday. Totally very bad experience not even worth of one star. Never refer or never visit this to this place. Mohan is the incharge person but not fit for it ....

My son birthday i want celebrit i went behind wood resorts worst service .... bookings time what they telling they won't. give Same service .. breakfast worst.. afternoon lunch not at all good.. afternoon cury only they giving night also ..... .. rooms are worst condition no water no AC...no TV.... anything we are asking.. extra money... They asking......pls pls don't go for family.... there is no hygienic..they dint take any precautions.. there is no sefty for covid 19 ..... .bad experience

Ideal place for conducting small functions like Naming ceremony, birthdays, anniversaries, get together etc. Calm atmosphere, free from city traffic. Car parking inside as well as main road side is highly convenient.

Not taking covid precautions. Unhygienic n no water restrooms They won't stand on their words, they say something n do something else. If you go there for any family function be prepared to get insulted in front of your relatives n frnds due to bad management.
