Kanva Star Resorts

We had a wonderful experience in this resort for a 1 night stay. It's a beautifully managed property. Food was really good. We were a large group and the lawn area was mostly used by us from evening till midnight with bornfire and barbecue!! Kids had a great time. The cottages had plenty of space with fridge and some kitchen space. It had everything we could ask for.

Only 3 star that too for property but others it will be Zero or less than. Worst welcome the guest, no hospitality and no respect. Everything we need to ask and it will get delay. Pros: 1. Property is too good. 2. Resort with resident, will confuse initially then it will be used to. 3. Ambiance is too good. Crons : 1. No hospitality from them, jus brought welcome drink and kept nearby, they didn't serve to us. 2. Huge ground is their but I feel that's not their property. We couldn't get drinking water while we are playing. 3. Indoor games available, but lot of mosquitoes that too huge one. 4. Pool water is not so good and they had speakers, we request them for any songs, but they didn't responses. 5. Snocker board where Shakey. 6. TT bats were not fine. 7. Snacks -- wrost tea and snacks. 8. Dinner -- a. soup is wrost, spicy but tasteless b. starters nothing tasty jus one veg n one non veg starters. c. Roti and gravy is ok ok but spicy. d. No curd rice or curd, on request only they are providing. e. Asked hot water but it took pretty late. 9. Billing it took some 15 mins for finalize the stuff. 10. No manager is their to ask any feedback. 11. We were only 25 members in which 12 members only had chicken briyani, but very less chicken pieces on it. On request only they served little more. Altogether is waste for corporate day outing. Please don't prefer. Totally disappointed 😐😐😐.

The food was really bad for the vegetarians. Hospitality by Mr. Peter was good and he was very courteous. Service was only good in the restaurant and the rooms didn't have a telephone for us to call the reception. Four star only for the rooms that were cleanly maintained. But, again the hot water provision in the bathrooms was not available. Indoor playing room was a sort of store room and so the snooker room. Evening view of the restaurant with lights was good. Swimming pool is properly maintained.

The place is not well maintained I would say. The villas are nice and spacious but that's all you get !!. The pool had high bleach content and was barely usable. The restaurant was just okay and the dinner experience was below average where the restaurant failed to offer more than half of the items that was available on the menu. If your only intention is to get away from City and have a day of personal time in a nice villa - then and only then opt for this.

My husband booked a three room cottage for 2 days for our anniversary weekend. Place is nice but can be maintained better. It was so serene away from all the shorgul, that's all we need for a break! Staff was good to us and service was quick. There are no shops inside the campus so you pretty much rely on what you get with you or what the staff can provide with. Restaurant was a let down! Everytime we went there - as per the given time for breakfast, lunch snacks or dinner - it was hardly ever available. We were sent back without any food a couple of times and we had to call up reception everytime we needed food. Even when food was available it was limited and restaurant staff had their own menu system going on.

Hi I would like to review and give feedback about my stay and experience with your resort Eagle ridge Bangalore. We check in on 23rd of feb yr2020, late evening around 2130 Our stay was planned for a day and for stay, breakfast and a lunch you had charged Rs4000/-INR for 2 of us and insisted to pay full amount on arrival. I would like to tell firstly you are highly prized for the service and the facilitie you gave. At the reception when we entered there were few unprofessional staff drunken we could smell their bad breath. And next when we entered the room the smell of the dampness made us feel we were fooled and there was no tv got it after asking, no wifi today connectivity it's a must and the rooms not clean, the AC noise was too loud, the blankets not washed, the toilet not in useable condition, flush not working, shower not functioning properly the curtain not washed dust and the spider web all around, the towel too old and dirty. Only good thing was to see some antique furniture with dust on it. Coming to the food the break fast had no option and the basic coffee was done like by an amateur cook, coming to cleanness the spoon and plates not clean the dining are filled with antique furniture but not clean, the hand wash area to stinky. Finally the lunch we did not get any option and already we were disappointed as our outing was flop, we told the server to give what he wants to serve the phulka was half cooked, dal was watery and last Fryed rice it's better not to comment on it. Lastly we asked him tea, he told not possible to serve at 14hrs. We have traveled and stayed in many resort, hotel and youth hostel this was the dirtiest place to stay, with great difficulty we managed to pass our time. I will not visit or recommend this place. This place is damn peaceful I have given 4 for the same and you know the value. Place is very peaceful just that it is a little far from the city not more than 30 mins drive, the swimming pool is open for public which is very helpful , there is a restaurant which is open and there is good food. There is parking space enough, there are rooms which I have not tried. I need to try them someday soon and edit the comment eventually. lot of trees and keeps the spot a little cooler than the outside. Keep it up.

Very average Resort & it’s very small . There is nothing much to do here except the swimming pool. Buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner are great though. They have variety of conference rooms which are good for Business meets and few rooms for guests as well. We went for 2019 New year and the Party event was well organised and it was very good. Though we were bored till evening their mid night party made us Happy 😉Visit only if they have any events organised..
