Lake views Resort

The WORST accommodation , food and service we had ever. ||A big NO NO if you want a relaxed stay. |We booked a room and tent stays for a family outing. We were team of kids aged from 3 years to senior citizens aged 87. ||The first impression itself was very disappointing at the reception. The staff was very rude especially Mr Aleem . He didn’t even had a courtesy to wish and ask details.||Bed linens in the room were clean , dnt expect any towels or basic amenities in wash room.||they will give you single tent for 2 occupants and double tent for 3 occupants. ||Lunch they serve after 2:15 and dinner time is after 9:30 where as in the brouchure the timings are mentioned at 1 pm and 8 pm. They dnt consider small guest group exists in resort if there are large corporate groups . Food , activity and everything is adjusted to big teams timing. ||When we ask why the dinner is served so late kids and elderly people are there , they feel offended and response in a defensive.||Never choose tent stay. They dnt know how to make tent stay comfortable for guests . No bed , no pillow , no blanket. And for rent stay the bathrooms given is the changing and bathrooms near swimming pool . Please see the photos attached for the pathetic condition .||Had to ask them to clean the bathroom so that we can use it . Flush was not working as well. |And now you go to indoor games hall . Lights were blinking and none of the lights were working proper.||And night during the tent stay stray dogs come near the tent area as the dinner wastes are not removed and morning it gives you great visual with food waste everywhere.||And for all these they charge 1800 per head per night. ||The WORST experience we had ever .||Stay way from this group lago palm resort / lake view resort.

Pathetic experience!!! Just a BIG NO....Hopeless service, pathetic food and service...Ac wasn't working for both the rooms that we booked ..when complained innumerable times, maintenance guys arrived next day at 3PM when we had to check out around 6pm....used Swimming pool and Table Tennis for sometime which was the ONLY GOOD PART !!! Place is shady and staffs are irresponsible...we were charged 1.5k per person without food...only breakfast as complementary( which was not at all good) ...Wouldn't recommend it to anyone even if it's free of cost.. .we had a terrible time (my parents, my husband and I) Please visit at your own risk !!!!!!!! Plus points: 1. Good trees/plants like Jackfruit, Beetel nut, Sweet Lime, Different varieties of Hibiscus 2. Swimming pool was good and clean

Sharing this review with our personal experience....worst resort ever I stayed in my entire life.... staffs with full attitude,no hospitality, poorly maintained infrastructure, hotel rooms are pethetic (AC will not work), pethetic food and overall worst place to visit or stay ...please don't waste your money here ....

We would have given zero if that was an option. Worst experience we ever had anywhere . Manager Aleem was very rude. They would ask us to check out in the middle of the night coz we had complaints on their service. Rooms were not clean and they were charging rooms per person. Ruined our weekend.

Overall, we had great experience! Staff was increadbly helpful and the amenities were great. The room was comfortable and clean. It's the perfect location to hangout with friends and family.

The only good thing is there is a lot of greenary. Otherwise the service is pathetic. Food got served very late, no soup, desserts, pickle or even curd was served. They served spoiled rasam. Management people are worst, they eat food first and for customers later. Don't visit this place, it's a complete waste of money and time.
