Very courteous and humble staff, very well maintained property. I really pampered my self with the property and especially the mini bar and the main bar where they serve freshly brewed beer too. And in dining area our table was served by Ms. Sona she extended her hand and helped to get the delicacy for my takeaway too.

Excellent place to stay with family. Facility is good, staffs are very humble and nice. Front office staff zarmeen, Flankton, house keeping staff Vikas and Dhanay with smile in his face carrying luggage made stay even more memorable, I stayed with my kids and when I went to office, staff took good care of them. I strongly recommend. Thanks

The hotel was amazing. The only recommendation. I would say is to include Internet like netflix an you tube on the TV and not charge for it. Flackton the manager was a very good support including staff members. The facilities were amazing and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room we stayed in was beautiful and always kept immaculate by Noeal and Sanjiv. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were wonderful - always a mixture of cuisines, including some Western options. I would definitely come back here again.

We had an excellent refreshing stay with in the hotel..Our executive Suite was upgraded to premium room and it was really perfect comfy and too homely for our two days stay. The breakfast was immense . The hotel provided with a beautiful greenery ambience which created the nature inside ...The staffs Anjali and Zarmeen were very friendly and always on assistance.

Very good hotel stay and extremely helpful housekeeping keeps everything up to date and neat and clean. Noel and Sanjiv are very helpful guys and do an extremely good job. Also, the hotel view is also good and breakfast is also delicious. The live fruit counter is the best part.

The ambience is really serene and beautiful. Had Kerala food in their restaurant Vembanad. Authentic like home food. This place is a hidden gem for anyone who likes to spend some quiet meal time with family or friends and enjoy some great food. Very good service by the staff.

Neat, Clean, Professional and Pleasant stay. Noeal and Sanjeev were pretty helpful, they used to make the room perfect before I came back from office. Restaurant, Waiters, Security Guards everyone was welcoming. I had 15 days stay and it was nearly perfect.Thank You.
