Never go to this place for new year party. One the worst place for new year paryy. They will take charge for new year party but they will not give any service and quality of starter and food is horrible and insufficient.

Recently we did a get together, we were a group of 35 people, both gents and ladies were participating, There is no good ambience, ok ok food,absolutely nobody to take care of your team, they provided coffee Tea was served cold,it was of bad taste and low quality, for a group of 35 they gave snacks which was enough for 20 ,snacks quality and preparation was very bad, we wanted more but they never gave, they all ran away, During night residents from nearby areas came for restaurant and bars, if you want a quiet and for yourself type of get-togethers avoid this place Bella Ciao.They had placed night food in such a low lighted area we were finding difficult to identify the foods, this is done purposefully to prevent people from identifying the bad food, Room was okok,spider meshes were hanging ,there were dark stains on bed spreads and bed sheets ,as if they were not washed for months, Experience of nearly 24 hours was horrible.

Worst Service and too Costly They serve the cold food and don’t even bother even after complaining on the issue. Too much Mosquito which won’t allow us to enjoy. For us when we ordered the food they took 30 mints and more but served the cold food. Honestly not recommended

I had been with my wife and kid. The ambience is really peaceful and pleasant. Service was extraordinary. Especially the Brother and Sister from GOSH surname. They were really friendly, always smiling and helped us with everything. 5 stars to them too❤️❤️

We had our family get together at this resort on the 3rd of December 2023. It is a wonderful place, with good ambience. Right from the time of welcome drink , lunch and high tea, we had superb service. The manager Jayakumar was very helpful. Nagaraj and his team were always buzzing around us like busy bees catering to all our needs. Thanks guys. The food was extremely delicious! The kids had a wonderful time participating in all the activities . Kudos to you guys! A few more improvements like a filter to the pool , and health faucets to the toilets can be done. I would recommend the place for weekend getaways any day. Go for it folks!
