Ramada by Wyndham Bengaluru Yelahanka

The hotel, staff, restaurant is all very good. The staff is very helpful and eager to help. The rooms are spacious. The only problem that I think the hotel could work on is, the beds in twin occupancy rooms are extremely small and therefore not at all comfortable. I was afraid I was going to fall off it and therefore had the most restless sleep. The second is the linen. From the bath towels to the bed linen which were at one point white had turned grey with use and age. There was no way to know if they were fresh or not. If these two things were to be fixed the property is an excellent business hotel.

Ankit Tripati was a great host. The place is clean and tidy. Great relaxation spot. Can visit with family as well. Food is also amazing. Good ambience. Reception desk was very helpful. Will definitely visit again……………………………………………………..:

Was part of a wedding party. Venue was great with multiple options for each function, rooms were reasonably clean. Was happy to note that room cleaning was done only in presence of the guest as wedding guests usually do carry valuables either them.

Worst service ever. Check in and out has tale 2 hours each. Check in time is 2pm and room was given at 4pm. I will never recommend if you are looking for a good service. Cleanliness is good but. But the captain at the looby mr Ankit has been exceptional in providing service. Very happy with him around.

Very convenient for access to the airport. Great service at the front desk, bellman, housekeeping and restaurant. Ujjwal and Ankit were particularly helpful. Food in the restaurant was exceptional. Rooms could use updating but were kept clean.
