No swimming pool facilities on Monday Gaming and Gym Room weren't in better condition Food quality in the kitchen is very average There was no telephone facility for housekeeping. Though the staff and security persons behavior was very nice.

Nice staff and security person, rooms were okay not great, towels had strains, telephone not available in rooms but the wifi works fine. Restaurant food is also not that great, breakfast tea was not good but the rest of the items were nice, Play room has nothing in good condition, Table tennis rackets and ball were damaged. Swimming pool was closed on Monday.

First of all it’s not a resort. The property is built as a resort but it’s not operated as one. There is no kitchen and the staff isn’t trained in hospitality. They don’t have landline so you have to call staff members independently for every small issue. For us the AC wasn’t working and we had to call them multiple times to change our room. TV wasn’t working, wifi wasn’t working, they gave false commitments whenever we complained about it. Reception area was vacant most of the times. We had to ask the security guard to call the receptionist for our queries. There is more order and process in OYOs than in this so called resort. The rooms are clean because it’s a new property. This place isn’t going to age very well. They should start running this place like an actual resort. Staff were courteous and they were always polite to us. This place needs better managers.

Good property with neat rooms. Good for the price. Only drawback is no restaurant but we can order food through Zomato. They have a pool also.

I never seen like this property it. Was amazing and they have pool with indoor activities like fuse football and table tennis and gym it's was most impressed that pyramid to do meditation it's around 6 acres property at morning we can walk inside the property . the rooms are were neatly maintained they have private villa like cottages. I really enjoyed lot and staff are most courteous and I have seen the most reviews they don't have kitchen. now they are providing breakfast as complinatry . great experience

A Descent Staying, rooms were clean , toilet was tidy. Only drawback they don't have a Restaurant. But breakfast & Dinner are prepared in other Kitchen and a buffet service is provided.

Third class experience. - Rude staff and Arrogant behaviour - TV Not working - No kitchen. You have to order food from zomato and Swiggy. - Extremely dirty towels with stains - Resort lights were not working. It’s all black out in the night and you can’t take the walk. - Meditation centre lights were not working. - Driver did not allowed to access washroom such a inhuman behaviour from the hotel staff - Kitchen is also not available which is very bad while travelling with the family

A beautiful wellness retreat indeed. Quiet. Close to town. But you will feel you are somewhere very far from crowded place. Nice ambience and landscape. Pyràmid hall will take you to calmness and tranquility.
