Tusker Trails Dandeli

Fun place for a bunch of friends to enjoy. Just besides another resort, this offers a cheaper options to other resorts. Rooms are good. Activities like rain dance, camp fire and darting etc are freely available while other resorts charge for them. There were a bus full of youth and college students here when we stayed that was fun. There are huts, rooms and tents available here for sharing. Though it's good , it can be maintained much better with more clean surrounding and more safety for guests. At night it really feels a little scary.

Worst experience in my life. Actually it was wonderful place thay can make wonderful place there over. No service at all . No maintenance . They are not bothered about customers. Don't make money this way I suggest people to Don't go for this resort

Rooms are pathetic and the dirtiest bathrooms I could imagine. Zero maintenance, least responsive staff. Food was ok. Don't be fooled by the 5* reviews it's done by the rafting team for a discount of inr 100. They take your mobile and update the 5* review. I would not recommend this place to anybody.....

Searching a hotel other "Tusker Trails" is the best decision anyone can make. 1. The rooms are dirtiest. The staff did not even mind to sweep and mop the floor even after letting them know. 2. Food is either too spicy or too tasteless. Veg, non-veg counters and kitchens are not separate. 3. Spider webs are everywhere. Even washroom were stinking. 4. Staff is not polite at all. They act like we don't pay them for their work. 5. Swimming pool had living insects in them. 6. Huge lots of mosquitoes are seen. Additionally, there were no insect repellents. 7. The beds and blankets were dusty too 8. Dining Tables were not attended for cleaning

1.They need to immediate do a pest control for all the rooms they have in the home stay. A must must must. When i entered the room which was claimed to be cleaned for us to stay we found LIZARD drop offs and other insects all over the bed. We saw lizards also everywhere in the room. We had to call the guys but good they listened and cleaned it immediately. Plantation areas do have problems with insects and this is our 3 visit to a plantation area but I never faced such dirty situation bec pest control is done on regular intervals and they should also follow it immediately. 2. Food- I think the worst experience till date i had with homestay food. I will not complain on the food taste but on the quantity and other stuff. During lunch time they do not serve Non veg in their meal plan and thats what was communicated to us. When we started our lunch we found the pieces to be very small and quantity also less. It was so less that 2 of our friends did not receive it when they had lunch. Even when they were serving the chicken to us they were not ready to serve more than 2 small pieces and neither we can serve our selves. This same thing got repeated for our dinner as well as our next day lunch. Everytime 2 of our friends did not get chicken which was ordered during lunch 2wice and dinner time which was included in our package because they were late. When asked where is chicken they said " its over" we will prepare egg but with extra cost. Now the main CATCH- During the billing time it was mentioned that we have consumed 9kgs chicken during the extra lunch time for both days. What we understood is because we ordered for 3 kgs during BBQ they had simply calculated the same amount for our lunch time twice. We were shocked that BBQ time we all had enough big pieces chicken for all of us but during the lunch and dinner times we didn't have enough food for all. They had also charged us for our next day lunch as Rs 250 for menu (Rice,roti,rasam, 1 vegetable and curd) and charged xtra again Rs1200 for chicken (Even though there was sukha and curry type) which was again less. We were shocked that just for this much lunch veg menu they charged 250 per head and xtra Rs 1200 for chicken. Very dissapointing.....And when we asked questions they simply said we already reduced the prices and then giving … Seriously guys if you really want a benchmark for food and facility and evrything of a homestay go to Karle Homestay at Sakleshpur. Its just awesome...So much variety and so good food you just fall in love. 3. Location- This resort does not have any good view of valley or anything. They just have a nice garden area thats all. The only thing probably which i liked about this place was the BBQ and the guy who did it for us made it with full dedication and very nicely. He really really worked well. Thumbs up and we made sure that he was happy. The staffs as such were really friendly but i think they also did not have anything in had but to do what they were ordered by their supervisors. I think the resort needs a proper maintenance. Very bad experience, Every year we'll go to DANDELI, But we didn't seen this type of worst resort, staps are not good, arraignments with guests, No good service, Bad management, Not a basic needs are available here, Food is not good, Totally Very bad experience

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean at all, with visible dust and dirt that made the stay uncomfortable. It felt like the housekeeping standards were seriously lacking. The owner was also not welcoming and seemed indifferent to any issues we raised. Overall, this place was not worth the money I spent, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and hospitable environment."

This resort is the dirtiest place I've ever been to. The washrooms were filthy, with no proper cleaning and a terrible smell. The food was awful, making us feel sick after eating it. The tents were in terrible condition, full of dirt and bugs. The swimming pools were extremely unhygienic, with dirty water and lots of debris. I strongly advise everyone not to visit this resort. It is the worst place to stay, and I regret going there. Save your money and find a cleaner, safer place to stay.

The staff at this resort were incredibly rude and unhelpful. We had to wait over an hour to check in, and no one apologized for the delay.. We have booked the room before a week and paid advance for confirmation. But after reaching, they have not entertained us and room was given to some others for higher price. After waiting 4 hrs also they have not ready to give room for us. We fought with them but they are negligent people and very careless towards the customer. They are like room is sold out we can't do anything. There is no answer for them regarding confirmation and paid amount. Such a horrible resort. No maintainance and no commitment for there confirmation. No commitment towards customer. Customer don't go to this resort. They are fake. Please don't go to this resort. They are promise breakers. Save your money. Dnt waste your time. Can't we give to them last star also. Such a unhumanity staff.
