Dandeli River Retreat

Pros: - The rooms are well-appointed. - The ambiance, especially by the river, is fantastic. - The food is reasonably good. Cons: Maintenance could be better. - There was a significant noise issue with loud groups, and unfortunately, the management didn't address their behavior. The pool, despite having designated hours, experienced disruptions with some guests making loud noises at night, disturbing those in adjacent rooms. - Some groups consumed alcohol late into the night, leaving seating areas messy. Unfortunately, the management didn't attend to the cleaning until late morning, affecting those who wished to enjoy the mornings outdoors. - Despite a promised 7 AM hike, there was a lack of organization. Multiple groups gathered at the reception, only to find no one to guide them. Phone calls went unanswered until later in the day, and when addressed, the management falsely claimed they hadn't communicated about the hike and cited an elephant-related cancellation.

Thanks for providing us student discount. We had great fun in Dandeli river Resort. It has all amenities like swimming pool, rain disco , cycling, campfire and much more. We had great experience of river rafting as well , personally recommended.

We had visited with my staff to this jungle resort Dandeli , each and everything was planned perfectly ,they were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am.We had come from Bangalore ,We got to resort super early and we didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. Water activities were fun specially river rafting ,we got good discount on activities as well . The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely refer this place to others.

One of the best river resort in Dandeli we experienced. White water rafting was ultimately adventure activities among all the activities we have done in Dandeli. Food was average staff and remaining things where also good. Thanks team river resort for the memorable trip. Shal be referred further.

I had been with my family for outing, it's one of the best swimming pool resort located in dandeli forest. I can rate this resort 5 out of 5. Best quality service best food, well educated staff thanks to the team, will recommend others too.

Dont go with the good reviews on google, will never ever suggest that resort to anyone even if its free, i haven't seen the rooms nor tents so i dont comment on that, i have used the lunch facility while passing by, i would say its the worst experience, their food quality is 3rd class, in the name of non-veg they serve one inch of chicken bones here n there in biriyani, and i dont like to call it biriyani, its a plain rice with chicken bones, there was no chicken gravy also. Very surprising thing is u cant get water or any other food items on order within the dining. One should go to parking area where there is a private canteen from there we should order the special food on extra payment. Its disgusting to go for around 200mts to order food. The service is extremely pathetic.

5 star is for the package provided by the resort .Best packages for the best price in Dandeli . Stayed there for a night. The hospitality was good Rooms were spacious with AC river view. Food was also good but only limited staff for the service.

Had great fun with family. One of the best swimming pool resort in Dandeli. Service, activities,staff everything was well maintained but we did not get much time . Will surely visit this place and refer others too.
