I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jungle Edge Resort in Dandeli, and it was an unforgettable experience! The resort is beautifully nestled in the midst of nature, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife, the setting truly makes you feel connected to nature. Accommodation: The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities. The view from the rooms was incredible—waking up to the sounds of birds and fresh air was a treat! Jungle Edge Resort is perfect for anyone looking to unwind in nature while enjoying adventure-filled activities. The blend of comfort, adventure, and nature made this stay truly special. Highly recommended for families, friends, or even solo travelers who want to experience the wilderness of Dandeli.

**Terrible Experience with Management and Poor Room Conditions** We are currently at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. The management was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing any concerns or making the stay comfortable. The room was in terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was advertised. The bathroom was even worse: the fixtures were old and broken, the cleanliness was questionable, and there was a persistent foul smell that made it unbearable to use. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the management, nothing was done to rectify the situation. They were indifferent and offered no solutions, leaving me to deal with the unacceptable conditions on my own. I would strongly advise anyone not to consider this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I won’t be returning. --- Feel free to adjust it based on your specific experience.

I really appreciate faizals facilities what have has given throughout the day and I really appreciate the hospitality of the team working with river point resorts. Team please have a stay they have good environment and environment and they can enjoy the atmosphere here with a good Lakeview

It was a good experience staying in the resort but we had activities included in our package which we had paid for but at the time of check in it was informed tht most of the activities are not possible it was very bad of Anil palkar to not inform us abt it please make sure next time u inform ur guest b4 hand n not spoil their mood and their stay .

A resort with minimal facilities available. The staff was way too confusing and there were a lot of communication problems through which we had to suffer. The food here was not that great. They have just the main course. The taste is okish. If you need any starters you will have to pay extra and get it. There were a couple of games, but they were either broken or not in a condition to play. The swimming pool was not maintained well, as it is present beside a lake, many insects and leaves floating in the pool

Nice hotel with ambient space and clean rooms. The indoor activities are good, but while we visited due to flood in river some part of the resort had been flooded. They provide 3 times food which is also too good.
