Very Bad Experience To Me This is a very honest review on Dew Drops Resort Dandeli The commando Tent was so unclean, we hesitated Even to sleep on the beds. Not Recommended at All l. Don't waste your money and time Series boys Showing over Atitude. The people Behaviour Not Good They Not give Respect Small Group.Food Ok MANAGER IS GOOD PERSON... The bathroom in the commando rooms were very poor. In fact, one of the room's door latch was broken. And we were not able to latch it when we were in the bathroom. And also, there was no current, though there were plug points and all. And we did check with the service desk, but no one was responding properly. So overall, the service was bad, but the location is good. And the area is good, the resort. Overall, I would rate it as 3 because of the service. Or else, the resort is pretty much good, including the swimming pool and all.

Location was ok, I am a kerala person so I choosed this resort because there owner was malayali , and I had a hope that our group will get better service and experience from them but when I reached there it was Totally opposite, they were very late in providing our rooms made it delay almost 1hr and very service from cleaning staff. Food was good and the guide( students ) which they provided for activities purpose was also good people. In Front office there is a lady who was very rude and she don't have any Idea about her duties she often asking doubts with her Manager Totally she is clueless in her job. There is a manager called shanvaz even though he was present during our entry and exit he doesn't even met us or enquired. There was a staff called prince he was good well mannered one and other staff who are working on campfire side and rain dance side they were also good. There Total activities are far like 30km(ganesh gudi) tourist often need 1hr up and 1hr down which will be wasting 2hr of a tourist and also the behavior of the people who were there in boating kayaking and zorbing were very rude etc. Even though we were 41 people they didn't handled us totally it was not worth we took package of 1600. very worst experience totally thank-you.

The overall experience at this resort was disappointing. The manager's attitude was shockingly rude, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay. This lack of professionalism affected the overall well-being of the guests. For the price, we expected far better service and a more pleasant environment. Food was not according to our expectations. And there is lot of restrictions on food timmings. Mainly AC was not in working condition. Would not recommend.

Worst resort i ever had a stay, utter low cleanliness, very poor bathroom facilities, and very low maintenance... Gave me a lifetime trauma.. Please dont hesitate to look another...

We have been to this place on 13-15 of October 2024, the stay and ambience is good but not maintained... 1- the staff is arrogant...the lenin had a smell in it we asked to change that, but they pointed towards each other and no one replaced anything. 2- we asked if they can cook something for us ..they said there is no cook available and the very next second we see some food coming out of kichen for some privileged people . 3- swimming pool is not cleaned since ages. 4- staffis very arrogant and their behaviour is at a very poor state. 5- the approach road is pathetic ... 6- also don't go with the photos..the resort is pathetically maintained. I have visited many places in dandeli and no one is as good in saying no to anything you ask for ... Keeping in mind these aspects, if you are planning your visit please try to book other resorts where this privileged system doesn't work. Please stay away from this place...

Worst resort I ever meat in my life fully waste of money I honestly tell I wasted my time and money, resort has bad smell and no indore game food is also worst only 1 item non veg rooms are ok and only 2 games are free other are paid and accommodation is worst and bad hygiene wether not we'll maintained. The staff's hospitality is not good they are very rude and adamant. It's not hygienic and not worth the money.

Very very bad service. Hygiene is not maintained. The management is not supportable to customers.Worst experience, rooms are not cleaned, bedspread, pillow everything is worse . Mainly food was not worth for money we have given. I would not suggest this resort anymore.
