The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The lock inside the room was broken. The bed linens were dirty. No toiletries were provided. There was no network and no WiFi available. The dining area was smelly. The location in Google maps is incorrect and will take you to Moulangi eco park. Please stay away from this hotel if you want a pleasant stay.

Food was really awesome and even the service was also good. It gives a feeling of home . Rooms were clean and neat. The staffs were coordinated in a humble manner.All dinner Lunch breakfast is on time.Great resort , location is so good, Overall I like the Resort.... I find humanity here.❤️

Food was really awesome and even the service was also good. It gives a feeling of home food. Rooms were clean and neat. The staffs were coordinated in a humble manner. The only thing is to play water games we need travel around 23 km away from the Pratham Resort. Service doesn't includes the transportation cost, which they have already mentioned with us. But we didn't concentrate on that part. Other than this it's really cool place to spend your time with loved once. I and my family really enjoyed allot. Thank you team😊👍🏻.

A good resort with customer satisfaction oriented service, its good for weekend stays with friends. their fun activities package was good and staffs were friendly. Breakfast could have been better since there are no restaurants nearby.

To be honest I didn't get it as expected. The first problem we got regarding hot water. And food is also not satisfied. When we went to the swimming pool small insects were floating on the corner of pool Please keep the pool clean that is the reason we chose this. And i expected at least one guide to be there for us to visit that place which was in the package. Because on the first day we had a plan to do water activities. But the address which they mentioned was found incorrect. So we had to come back and we were not able to do any activities there. So one whole day was wasted. I am requesting the owner to provide at least a guide. So that the things which we faced should not repeat again and expected wifi facility because the network is very poor that we can't even make voice calls there.
