The rooms were below average and was not cleaned properly, could find cigarette buds even after asking him to clean again. The taps in the washroom would brake if you moved them fast. The starters ordered were too oily to eat. Campfire was not setup as the manager said that they have a huge family to cater to and it is not possible to provide campfire for both. The pool also had a lot of clorine. The staff failed to manage all the guests. The positive aspect is it's strategic location.

Positives: Friendly workers at the property Good food Negatives: The owner charged me higher amount than others for the same date. ( I was told I need to pay two person's amount despite traveling solo. But over and above that also, cost was higher than others ) Although I stayed in premier cottage, he told me all rooms cost same for me anyway. However other guests told me the amount that was lower than mine. Also the crowd that I saw there was not one that I expected in a resort of such rating. ( nothing against the group. This is about the resort) Also bathrooms were not so clean. Geyser wasn't working. I didn't bother to complain as I was already disappointed by quality of rooms . The nature is good inside the property. They need to maintain it better and stop overcharging certain customers over others. Also the package they say they provide is ALMOST a scam. No fun activities except for a trek. The rain dance was available but there was no crowd at all. Not satisfied. I only enjoyed because of the nature there.

It could have been better if they maintained it clean and well. It is in a good location. The rooms are maintained very clean. Food is very tasty like home food. The manager is more cooperative, and took us to explore the local festival. Camp fire, swimming pool and Rain dance with dj is there.

They have maintained clean rooms and their service was very good if any body visiting dandeli must visit resort. All the indoor activities was good and special rating for their delicious food. Staff was too good Thank you River front resort for your good service

Best resort in dandeli . Experience was good . Food was delicious i would say and everything was organized on time . The best part is verity of your schedule of your 24 hours.from morning to next day morning. You will be occupied for this 24 hours . We were the group of 12 and we had good time . Rain dance and swimming pool is outstanding. Overall its a must viait place .

Management is not good in this property, they don't know how to treat the guest, acted very rude till we pay the remaining amount.food is also average. River rafting was not included in the package, check before booking with them regarding activities or else they will scam you. For water activity you need to travel from the resort for almost 50 minutes that's very time consuming, after reaching then we need to search like where exactly we need to go for water activity.

Don’t get fooled by the coupon they offer! This place sucks and not worth for your money! This is just garbage place. This place is garbage. Don’t get fooled by the photos they share or you find on google. This resort is inside the city and you won’t experience anything there except the worst! Worst resort ever you can experience. They serve you worst food and spoiled chicken. You never feel like eating breakfast. Swimming pool is so bad that it has everything except clean water! Receptionist is the guy and he sucks! I can’t even imagine how terrible the experience. We left the place before our booking ends and moved to new resort.

The experience in this resort was very bad not faced such situation any time before after checkin for 4hours no power no backup and we were running short of water as well, toilets were not kept neat no proper food as well. When asked for all these issues there was no proper response for the resort booking manager. Only untill paying money he was in touch later no response to multiple calls. They dont have proper coordination within themselves and we guest suffer because of that. Not worth for the amount paid. Overall it was a worst experience and not recommended.
