NillAll the images displayed in the Google are fake... they look clean but actually they aren't... you can find dust every corner of this resort. Pathetic Rooms, it stinks to the core.....seems like they have grown the mosquitoes in the room. Dirty washroom and food is not good. I had personally requested for a table fan and a mosquito repellent refill, waited for 2 hours and haven't got it, I had to drive back almost 5 km to the nearby store and purchase a mosquito repellent. Requested for a table fan around 2pm and got it around 10pm, I wasn't suprised looking at the fan what they gave bcoz as usual, even that was rusted packed with a lot of dust. Their pillows , bedsheets and blankets stink to the core and I had to literally shout at them for a change in bedsheet, pillows and blankets. Too many bedbugs across the rooms. Please do not get fooled by the pics what they shares... They share you pics which is clean, but the place looks bad. Poor room service and very unprofessional attitude by the staffs. No swimming pool, no fan apart from the table fan, place where they don't know to value customers. Pathetic hospitality, usually I noticed other resorts staffs wake up sooner in the morning to prepare breakfast, but here they wake up by 8am in the morning and sit in the lobby and chitchat, and night again no specific dinner timings, we had our dinner round 10pm.... None of the staffs was concerned nor had basic ethics of keeping their customers informed on the timings for BF/lunch/dinner... We had to personally go and check if the food is ready or not!!!! When we checked-in we had requested for help in taking the lagguage, and the staffs just ignored it, we waited for almost 5 to 7 min and then had to carry out own lagguage from car. I had to leave early morning for the rafting, we were waiting right in front of the gate for almost 15min for the staffs to open the gate, but then we see an other suprise that these guys are searching for gate keys making the customers stand for a longer duration.... The staffs stink to the core, the one who serves food itself is unhygienic... Its like he hasn't 🚿 for almost 2 months. Overal it was a pathetic and a night mare, just a bad exp.... We have too many options in Dandeli for a better stay and exp, hence donot fall for this trap as we did....

NillWe had been there for 3 days 1day: check in issue: no proper communication with workers and owners. Lunch delayed. Room was allocated as per the customer status(we booked 2 rooms for 5 people but we got single room with 5 beds it was very congested. When we asked about this, they said since we are bachelor so it will be fine). Bathroom was not maintained well. Mainly no door lock. 2day: lunch and dinner was on time. Cooking people were very helpful. Fire camp was awesome. 3day: they had given the other room. But some workers were very helpful. Overall- food was good and testy, camp fire was good, weather. Resort view very good. But poor maintenance on bathroom and room.

NillThe most pathetic service ever experienced. Rooms are really good but the service provider and the resort manager are worst. costlier than the other resorts. The food was not bad but I guess not as expected. They won't give all the services as they promise in there website or phonecall. No basic toiletries are provided. No proper or scheduled package. I would say that there are too many good resort in dandeli compare to this. I would never ever visit this resort in my life.

NillNot a resort.. Not a proper hotel even.. No reception. Had to phone call different agents time n again for petty services . No drinking water in the room for first day. 1 towel provided for 3 people.. Frequent power cuts. No power backup. We were given a queen size bed for 3 people which was hard to adjust so we had to fight for it.. And we're given the extra beds at 7pm while check-in was at 12pm. After complaining the owner.. His attitude was as if we were living on his mercy because we were at his place.

NillWe booked this resort for new year. But after we reached there the services were pathetic.. Like no towels, no soap, no water bottles. The basic things which should be there in a hotel was missing, when we complained about it to the owner(full rowdy...named Mujeem) he seemed to be too rough saying we don't provide these facilities, go and check with other hotels. Pathetic hotel to live. Please dont go there. Food and room were also not as per the rates they charged. These people are only behind money, doesn't worry about customer service.

NillI wish there is option of zero rating because this place deseves zero rating only. Please don't book this homestay, the whole incident started from new year's eve. The moment we entered in this homestay, rooms were stinking badly, there were no basic amenities provided like drinking water, towel, soup etc. When we want to complain for these issues with owner of the property, he was so arrogent and doesn't know how to talk with customers, he said us to " Adjust toh Krna padega". They have given all the false commitments. Kindly dont book this hotel/ homestay.

NillThis is a worst resort ever I have stayed, the manager was some kind of goonda, and didn't listen to any of our request for basic facilities. The room was dirty even for room freshner need to wait for 2 hour. Don't ever think about staying in this resort

NillPlease dont book this resort as the photos and the actual service provided is completly different..Rooms lack even basic amenties like towels,mirrors etc. The staff is less in number and the service is downright third class. They usually trick customers when they try booking through sites for resort named as "Dandeli Dayez" .Then the agents call customers and say that you cannot do online booking but you need to go for offline booking. NOTE: EVEN THE OWNER IS NOT BOTHERED ABOUT SERVICE AND IS VERY RUDE
