I had an amazing experience! The service was impeccable—staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect “Special Thanks to Soheil”.The fud was also worth.The ambiance of the place added to the charm, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a memorable experience with groups or family.

Well, when I checked the pictures sent across by the receptionist it looked very serene fascinating and beautiful but actually when we entered the resort and exploered all our expectations came to a full stop....!! 1.the resort is literally in jungle no wifi support 2.this resort is very small,but on site it looks massive due to trick photography . 3.we had to remind and ask for towels/soaps/cups/pillows again and again 4.Dinesh who was my one point contact was totaly missing throughout the time of my stay...!! 5.Massive yorker....unlimited breakfast/lunch/dinner with veg/non veg option...!! But for lunch no non veg was made....as goans we need atleast a piece of fish on plate...coming to Dinner,Non veg option was chicken curry... Even criticism word would feel shameful if I write my actual feelings....!!😡😡 6.the resort had tent bookings aswell full of "chapri catagory" youngsters making chaos in the pool and playing irritating loud music...!! 7.the resort had late evening check in..full of female/gents/childrens all occupying the pool that to with jeans/nightware/maxi/panjamas and what not..!! I was about to lash out🤬🤬🤬 as I made my group to purchase or carry proper swimming trunks on the trip 8.beware the resort have inclusive water sports ie:- river boating,river rafting,river kayaking,zorbing,and zipline,but that package is at your personal transportation🚘🚖🛵🚁🛸🚀🏎️ @22km away from the resort....!!,🫡🫡 9.we went for river activities and saw river rafting was not available on that day.....🥺🥺🥺the zipline activity was left abandoned ..!!the spot very zipline activity was conducted looked creepy aswell..!! 10.never do these inclusive packages after your check out..!! 11.Apart from a guy called Sohil...all attendant working couldn't communicate apart from kannada language...!! 12.hot water for shower was very very limited not sufficient for even two people....!! and yet the resort sustained full occupancy I wonder how...?? 13.all in house activity like archery/badminton /rain dance are all for name sake... 14.do not enter the property with high hopes... 15.consider it as a resting lodge not a resort... 16.attendant are locals and down to earth people but without proper training,language barrier and amenities they are helpless and I saw other guests making fun of them and passing sarcastic comments on them...lake leaf management wake up to reality...understand what you show and what you provide and deliver....do business, make money on room revenue but give value added services...my 50% group is from 5 star hospitality industry(goa)...!! So we know micro management but didn't want to boast about our self....!! 17.idiotic other group bus drivers expecting dinner at 12.30 am making problems for fnb staff...(pathetic) feeling pity for fnb staffs Please take these points and impliment required change according to your likings.....! Best of luck for lake leaf resort management .....🙏

Had been here to have some peace, unfortunately no one from our group found it. 😕 The management is worst. The owners brother has got no manners to behave with the guest. All he says big big things if you ask for some paid essentials. I would suggest, don't choose this resort to spend your vacation peacefully.

The room and swimming pool were worst not clean & the food is worst don't go anyone here.. My suggestion is to don't book resort by agent...meet directly to resort you will get lesser rate also

Is this a good resort? Depends on the customers. If you're a bunch of boys wanting a place to stay while you explore rafting and all, then this is a good option. If you're travelling with your family, then this is just not the place. The rooms are... Unsanitary. The beds aren't that great and... All in all, not a pleasant experience, we had to ask for another "resort" as we had booked from a travel agent. P.s. don't book rooms via a travel agent according to me. Find a hotel on your own if you have a car.

Honest feedback Kareem the guy who looked after the resort is one of the second rate guy, he has no sense, he played loud music early in the morning at 7:00 AM and when I asked him to reduce the volume he didn't co-operate and also said he is not going to reduce the volume and asked us to move out of the resort just because I asked him to reduce the sound. Don't get fooled by the online picture in reality it is completely different than what it is shown here. *Please never visit this place.*

Please don't spoil ur happiness over hear .No response from the management. Entire Resort team just argue with the tourist. And very bad quality food. Specially T that was very bad. Management don't know how to behave with the tourist. They will not provide food on time. (Kabhi Khushi kabhi Gam)
