The host, Vicky was incredibly helpful, understanding and went out of his way to accommodate our last minute birthday celebration plans. The place is clean, well-maintained and very close to the beach. They even pre-cooled the rooms before our arrival, ensuring a comfortable welcome. A special mention to Ashok, the caretaker, who was always just a call away ready to assist with any queries or issues. Overall, it was a relaxing, worry-free stay in Gokarna at a reasonable price. Outstanding service and great location. Highly recommended!

The property is very cozy. The room n room furnishings are very nice. The only 2 drawbacks of our room were. a.Hot water via a different tap, so not on shower. b.Very little space for luggage storage. Overall, a nice property though over priced (Diwali time). I would have expected it at 3.5k-4k per night max.

This place is very good and awesome to stay with family and friends very near to beach only 50 feet distance from beach I loved staying in this place finally it's awesome place and "safe"

Super and cosy... highly recommended...beach access is very easy..Rooms are very clean and well maintained with top amenities... everything is more than expected.. overall great place!!
