Dear team , I enjoyed a lot with family . Ambience are good . Fecility is good . Very clean and maintained well. Reception team are good and very supportive responding immediately. But few people are unprofessional. Already feedback shared to the Reception team. Management please check on that and correct immediately. Or else you will lose the customers

Pure unprofessional behavior from their side as they denied us better rooms as we questioned their cleanliness. Yeah the check in time may be 11am but if you are even using the room to fresh up, they must have some minimum manners of making the washrooms atleast usable. Won't suggest it to anyone👎👎👎

The rooms and bathrooms were not maintained properly. No tissue papers were provided, linens weren’t that clean. However, the food and service were good. There was bonfire with music, which was a fun experience. Location was perfect.

Over all everything was really great. The resort have two pools both are well maintained. Room service was very good and manager was very polite. Best to have a break from regular work.

Overall Experience in resort either Good or Bad ,but Mr.Jaykumar is a kind hearted Excellent person,kindly who ever visit resort visit him he takes care very personaly as family member. This is for resort owner kindly encourage this kind of person so that ur resort will be on High demand

"I stayed at the dormitory for 1200 Rs per person. For that amount, it was a total disappointment. I didn't find any standards that matched those of a resort, except for the swimming pool. The bathrooms looked like those in local lodges. The flush wasn’t working, and there wasn’t even a soap holder. Location: The property is situated on ordinary land without any special views."

Bad room in my life the toilet door is transparent.the ceiling of the bathroom has a hole,which was sealed by A4 sheet. The service is also not well.The ac is not working,tv has no switch or remote. it was. mistake to select this resort.

PROS : We were 12 people including boys and girls. One of the best stays I had among all the trips I have made so far.I felt so good about the rooms, amenities they have which includes well maintained swimming pool, play area and a nice dinning area. Transportation to the locaion was easy with a parking space for the tempo traveller. CONS : If you are going to make a 2 day trip to COORG, Due to the location of this stay visiting Tala Kaveri won't be possible. Also you might need to plan everything based out this location only. P.S : This is not a paid or promoted review. I have written this out of my own interest.
