I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. Unhygienic Washrooms: The washrooms were not well-maintained and lacked proper cleanliness, which was very disappointing. Poor Service: The service was below average. The staff seemed unprepared, and requests often went unanswered. Inaccessibility to Sound: The resort was poorly designed in terms of sound insulation. It was hard to get any peace and quiet. Limited Menu Options: The food menu was extremely basic, with several standard dishes missing. There was a lack of variety that made dining quite underwhelming. Unresponsive Staff: While the staff was present, they seemed more ready with excuses than solutions, which made it hard to get any issues resolved. Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this resort until they address these key issues.

Some customer comments are bad but overall Homestay (resort) and management was good food was tasty , room hot water supply and swimming pool and overall good Dandeli best resort I like to visit again 😘
