White River Retreat Valley

Had an amazing time at the resort. The food was really good. The service was amazing. The resort has a great location: amidst the coffee estates and is well maintained, also close to some of the most scenic places. The only thing that needs improvement is the rooms. They are pretty old and need some maintenance. The table tennis table also needs an update.

I recently stayed at white river retreat Valley and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were decent, although not particularly impressive. However, they were clean and comfortable, which is all that matters. The resort's restaurant served delicious(non veg) meals , and the staff were friendly and attentive. But veg food was not that much impressive The resort's facilities were good Pros - Good food - Friendly staff - Clean and comfortable rooms - Well-maintained facilities Cons - Rooms could be improved - Not a luxury resort - boating and kayaking were not available even though resort management said these activities are included

One of the worst resorts I've ever visited. Dirty towels, dirty bedsheets and blankets, leaking roof, WiFi not working. With the amount they charge, at least the food should be decent. However the food was pathetic, especially the veg food. I would suggest do not look at the Google pictures as these are all old and not updated. The rooms and overall maintenance is very shabby. I would have given it zero stars if possible.

One of the most untrusted resort I have ever seen. They book your room, confirm you and then don't ask for money how much to pay and bluddy cancel your bookings without even asking you. Have never ever felt so bad and now we have to cancel the trip.

Nice place to visit. Nice staff, especially manager Mr.P.C.Purushotham is a well behaved man and hail fellow well met. P.C. means parental caring. All staff are good. One Mr.Govinda is very active and cooperative. Receptionist Kavitha madam is well responsive but little confusing the guests with check in time and highly calculative for every meal without confirming whether you had it or not. Whatever she calculates extra as KOT bill and ask us to credit it to Govinda's account since, he has not been paid his monthly salary from the resort and so this is the adjustment. Ambience is good, food viz, breakfast, lunch, dinner everything was good. High tea has to be little organized. Need some improvement in the quality and taste of coffee and tea. Especially, coffee is not upto the mark as expected in the coffee land itself. Spick and span environment, 24/7 hot water, electricity and Wi-Fi. Highly recommended place to hang around with family or friends. Overall good experience. Happened to meet Mr.Rathnakar also during the stay. He is a very gentle man and down to earth person. Must visit place.

All are fine but except bedroom bathroom. There is no water in bathroom Near to swimingpool and auditorium. For water games needs to ensure more safety.

Do not visit this place. Worst rooms leaking roofs. Not worth the amount they charge. Location is good. Food is ok. Not maintained well. Do notfall for the google photos.

Worst experience,worst food, worst maintenance, we went there with a family of 7 members. We took 2 rooms they charged 3k per person it's not at all worth, whole night they didn't provide electricity n it's located in outskirts of sakleshpur,no network it's really bad experience.if any thing goes wrong like health upset n all nobody s there to look after u. Very bad maintenance. My suggestion is to don't visit this bad resort.
