Cascade Inn. Resort AC/NON AC ROOMS

One of the worst experience in a hotel. Completely hated the stay there. No lights,fans, geyser are working. The garbage bin was not cleared. I don't like to stay there once more.very rude behaviour and the owner shouting on the customers.He is using bad words towards customers.

Not at all a place to stay .Very worst experience I had in that hotel, the management is not at all good and behaving rude . At first they recives nicely but after we check in they treat us as slaves and beggers . They are not having minimal facilities like a.c, hot water and even fan . Not at all a place to stay even with your family . At first while we are checking in our room the prices were too high and they said that they have good working heaters but the are ice cold and the fan is also not working.. Due to some delays in our plans we were forced to stop at this hotel at night since we were travelling as a family . But it turned out as a horrible experience

One of the worst experience in a hotel. Completely hated the stay there. The staff treated me like I don't belong there. The room was not at all tidy, the garbage bin was not cleared and even the soap in the toilet was a used one. I don't like to stay there once more. Only thing I enjoyed there was the watefall in front of the hotel

Very rude behaviour and no proper facilities. They don't provide proper blankets and pillows
