Fort Munnar

My four-day stay here was comfortable and relaxing. The staff are super helpful and have kept the property sparkling clean. The views are stunning too and the breakfast is tasty. My only complaint would be that the a-la-carte menu is limited, sometimes even those items are not available and the taste is average.

I stayed at Fort Munnar for two nights in Nov-24. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. My room spotless and well equipped though WiFi was a bit of unreliable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and overall view was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions. Me and my better half had enjoyed a lot during our stay.

We are on a tour of Kerala having travelled from the UK and this hotel was fantastic. Exceptional service and food. If you're lucky to have a room facing the valley the view is stunning. The manager and all of the staff made us feel so welcome. There is a games room if you're caught in the rain like we were one evening. We had two of the best night's sleep here on the trip so far.

Hotel is very good with lots of positive Vibes, view is very good. Staff is smiling and co-operative. Chief is very good, he will take your input and implement. Food service is little slow but test and quality of food is very good.

Excellent option for descent stay in chnnakanal area in Munnar. Rooms are very clean and well appointed. Restaurant is good and food is tasty. Staff are well behaved and valley view rooms are ideal.

This place is a treat for your mind and eyes. Excellent place, excellent food and great people. Food is little costly than average, but against the quality of service, price seems justified.

The resort offers an exceptional experience, complemented by attentive and professional staff, with Sadiq standing out for his outstanding service. The dining options were excellent, particularly the dinner, which was truly memorable.

Me and my wife had an excellent stay here The staff are very polite nice and always smiling even though the menu was limited but the food was good
