Club Mahindra Resort - Munnar, Kerala

This is an excellent resort belonging to Club Mahindra. It really provides a wholesome holiday experience for family along with children. The location is awesome with breathtaking views from most of the rooms. The reception gives a luxurious feel. There are multiple entertainment activities for children including space watching with powerful telescopes along with a cheerful guide. A room where they can play a wide variety of indoor games including simulation games. The restaurant spread and ambience is excellent. And so is service levels. Take the full dining package - it's worth it. They also have rope adventure outdoor activities with an excellent guide. Rooms are spacious and clean. They provide heaters if elders need. Room service is also great. This is a bit away from Munnar town and the approach road when you come close to the property is not well maintained, that they need to work on.

Location: Situated in a convenient location, Club Mahindra Resort provides easy access Peaceful calm areas to hangout with friends and family members. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night. My room also offered a fantastic view of [describe view of Lake. which added to the experience. Housekeeping maintained the room diligently, with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily. Service: The staff at Club Mahindra Resort were attentive, polite, and eager to assist with any request. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the concierge provided helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Conclusion: I highly recommend Club Mahindra to travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Food and lake view is the best part. Staff are lazy and not interested in attending customers. Gaming activities are broken. The rooms are ok and require attention on a few basic repairs before handing over to customers. Zero ambiance staff will be lost in their activities.

It was my first experience with the Club Mahindra but I was taken aback by the quality of room. Had never expected such room quality from brand like Mahindras. The room size was average. I had expected it to be bigger but found it small. The washroom lacked exhaust, which made the entire room and washroom smelly. The water also did not drain leaving the washroom wet all the time. I also came across a cockroach near the tea coffee sachets. The membership enrolling, room size and quality all made it a disappointing first experience. 😔

One of the best experience in this resort as the location is really amazing which is a hill station and greenery is really good. The staff is very friendly as they helped us a lot with the making of jain breakfast lunch and dinner. The services provided for the club car was amazing and the facilities like play area and spa was enjoyable. It was really an amazing stay. The check in happened in a very smooth manner as we had arrived late midnight but still they were very cooperative.

Little far away from the town and is very steep driving, but the hotel is good.. a small one as compared to other resorts of Club Mahindra. Staff is really good and very friendly. Rooms are good and can see sun rise & tea gardens from the room.

The bathroom is a bit small in the main building's rooms and no iron box was provided. The food was great. And you have to look out for monkeys while roaming The hotel grounds (which is fun imho).

Awesome awesome awesome. Have no words to express how pleasant stay it was, Loved the location. Loved ambience activities , super delicious food. My children loved the place. Definitely recommend to visit. I am definitely visit again in future
