Konfudha Resort

The staff were very non cooperative.we were a team of around 35 pax. And there were many other guests as well. There was only one person to serve all these guests .and every requestthat we make were either unattended or delayed response..Lookwise, the resort is good and clean. Great pool experience as well.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience and a terrible day. I made the booking through Make My Trip, but it turned out to be a very low-quality establishment. It is definitely not suitable for families, as even public toilets are better maintained than theirs. It is important to never solely rely on the reviews of others. Despite the high price paid, there is absolutely nothing worth it. I decided to decline the check-in and left. Make My Trip has been in contact with the establishment to arrange a cancellation for my booking. Unfortunately, they are refusing to cooperate, resulting in a loss of my money. I strongly advise my dear friends and families to steer clear of this establishment, as it is both cheap and unclean.

One issue you will get if you are booking a cave room in rainy season you can get rainy season insects which was there in my room but still room look was perfect 👍 and the manager was very polite and nice.I enjoyed a lot at this resort.

The resort ambience is very good, very close to nature. All aminities available like swimming pool, dj, cafeteria at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Snoop & Arnold for the assistance even in the odd hours.

During my recent visit to your swimming pool, I was surprised to find that the entry fee was more than double the price compared to other swimming pools in the area. Additionally, I noticed that the pool did not have enough water, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper swimming experience. When I inquired about the water level at the reception, I was informed that due to the pool’s large size, only half of the water was filled. This explanation did not seem satisfactory to me, as it is essential for a swimming pool to have an adequate water level for safety and enjoyment. I believe that as a customer, I should receive a satisfactory explanation for the discrepancies I observed during my visit. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take appropriate measures to address these issues.

This is a budget friendly resort to enjoy vacation and experience the natural beauty of the location. During the rainy season, it is awesome.

Room was ok, when you switch on the A/c you couldn't feel the chillness because the bathroom door doesn't have lock from the outside. Pls stay away from the contacts ( cab n auto drivers)given by the resort( to save your money). They charged a high price. No water in the children's pool, restaurant was closed, fish spa was under maintenance, even for a cup of coffee you have to go out. Price was very high for the facilities they are providing. View was good. Only positive thing is it is near the bus stop and you can catch auto,cabs, buses easily. People who work there doesn't have much knowledge about nearby attractions.
