Royal Palm Resort

We were put up in their apartment hotel called Royal Palm Residency. It was neat and clean. Food was good. The ever-smiling Manager, Mr Richard Shaji and his staff made sure that we had a comfortable stay. All arrangements were made for our local sightseeing trips. The rooms were neat and bathrooms clean. Overall, a happy stay.

We stayed at the yellow palm cottage. The location is good and the resort is beautifully maintained outwardly with numerous plants and the view is also great. The room however had a weird get up. It had space but the furniture was strange and placed in an odd manner. It was clean. The food at the hotel is good and very economic. The people who serve are helpful and answer the calls at any hour. They also provide accommodation for the driver whom the guest has hired, separately, free of cost.

A lovely resort. Had a great stay with the family. The staff were courteous and helpful. The food was really tasty and had a wide range to choose from, especially the spongy idli and uthappam I had never tasted from anywhere else. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room service was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend Royal Palm to all my friends.

I stayed in blue cottage a few days back with my family. The overall experience was excellent and we all enjoyed the stay. The resort which is strategically located, keep you away from the busy town, but well connected for any facilities that you may need. The reachability to all the tourist spots is worth mentioning. I strongly recommend Royal Palm to families, not just because of the facilities, but due to the down to earth and helpful staff. The hospitality extended by Mr.Shaji and team was remarkable. Anything that you need was just a phone call away. The cottages are neat and tidy and value for money. Kids will love the place since they have a lovely park and play area. The food was okay, and the resort has near by eateries.

Hi, My experience with this resort is very bad. I will say its pathetic. I booked 3 rooms in the resort for Saturday and was supposed to pay by Thursday which I paid. Even after that they have cancelled my booking saying that I was supposed to pay by 5PM. I told them that I have already paid the money and by 6 PM money will be credited to account. But they did not listen to me. My trip was almost ruined because of this. But somehow we got the rooms in another resort at a high rates. I am still fighting to get the money which I paid as an advance. It has been 2 months and I have already called them 100 times. Every day they are saying I will get money in two days. I don't know when that 2 days will come. I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of these folks.

Mezmerizing memmories. Royal palm resort and residency is a budget hotel. it's neat and tidy.The management is very good . They are provide homely food .The manager Shaji Richard was very kind and helpful person. we enjoyed the vaccation in royal palm resort and residency..

Centrally located , this residency is definitely a good choice for travellers unfamiliar with the area. The Herbal Park which is a few metres away adds to the location.||||Mr. Richard Shahji, the General Manager, made our stay particularly memorable and comfortable with his personalised care and attention.

We stayed royal palm resorts and residency, last month, no words to its awesome experience, especially the staffs very friendly, like kutetan, jomin, and the manager Mr, shaji Richard he was very cool and nice, he cared like familier,|And rooms very neat and clean, climet very very nice, service is excellent,|And the fecilites they provided indoor games and campfire and midnight, buffet breakfast and lunch, and they arranged candle light dinner, I never forget the memory's in royal palm,|Sight seaing places are very near by and exlent views, like Banasura dam, edakal caves, kuruva Island, Mr shaji Richard arranged vehicle for sight seaing. I Realy enjoyed the stay royal palm resorts and residency.|I recommend you guys, once you come Wayanad and enjoy the climet sight seaing, and never forget to stay royal palm resorts, it's very nice, Realy you will got such a wonderfull memory, especially I recommend families.|Thank you
