Excellent stay for what you pay. Rooms are neat and clean, surroundings are maintained well. Enough parking space for both two and four wheelers. You have 24/7 hot water and good food options nearby. It’s just 1km from Kalpetta town and you get access to all basic services. Mr.Deepesh was very kind and accommodated all our requests making our stay more convenient.

Recently stayed at Satra Wayanad and had an overall pleasant experience. The rooms are beautifully designed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. However, the TV size is relatively small compared to the spaciousness of the room, which might be a minor inconvenience for those looking to enjoy in-room entertainment. On a positive note, the bathroom facilities are excellent, with high-quality toiletries and towels that add a touch of luxury to the stay. One downside, however, is the lack of an in-house cafeteria or dining option, which can be inconvenient for guests looking for quick meals or snacks within the hotel premises. Despite this, Satra Wayanad remains a superb choice for those seeking a serene and comfortable stay amidst the beauty of Wayanad.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, neat, clean, and well ventilated. Ample car parking space available. Location and approach roads are good as well. Staff is kind and cooperative. Nice place to stay.

Below are the good points about the hotel. 1. Rooms are Clean and hygienic . 2. Service is good. 3. Limited Car parking available. 4. A quiet place with less noise. Negative are. 1. No lift, but they will arrange to shift your luggage to the room. They are not having their restaurant so you have to go outside for food in the city.

Service by staff at reception Mr.Deepesh was superlative. Friendly, courteous, ready to help But I'm not rating service, as there is no service to be rated. No restaurant, lift, pool etc A very large, clean room. Quality Consumables provided. 2km to Kalpeta market, blr-Calicut main road. Closer to karlad Lake etc than market area Enough parking. Scenic enough garden, though not huge A place to stay and recommend

Polite caretaker and clean rooms. Beautiful washroom. Although no restaurant services but this gives you can excuse to roam around and explore nearby food options.

We stayed at Satra for 3 days. The room was extremely clean, and service was amazing. But I am writing this review more for Mr. Dipesh for whom I would give 100 stars, if I could. From the first day to the last, he was extremely helpful. From advising us about tourist places, to helping us get transport for our internal travel, to assisting us in getting transport to our bus on the last day. Thank you sir, for having us and being so warm and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly all thanks to you ☺️

Our experience at Satra Wayanad in Kalpetta was utterly disappointing, thanks to the receptionist's shockingly rude behavior. Their unfriendly demeanor and unhelpful attitude made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and downright offensive. It's clear that they were not interested in ensuring a pleasant stay for us. The property's potential was overshadowed by the receptionist's poor service, leaving a sour taste. Management needs to address this issue urgently, as such behavior can driving customers away.
