Kannur Beach n' Bay.

USP - Location, one can view the beach from the accommodation. Large compound and hence no parking issue. Good breakfast. Serene beach with no visitors, almost like private beach.

Ambience this place gave me an immense pleasure to go and stay every year with my family and friends. We can walk in to the private beach 50 yards from the stay is amazing. Watching the sun set on a hammock is wonderful. With nice and cool breeze coming from the sea in the evenings and enjoy reading is worthwhile. Sujith the care taker is awesome. Just tell him what kind of breakfast you need next day morning, it will be served hot. Entire families had two rounds of walks about 3 miles everyday in the morning and evenings. We had an open air shower to get rid of the sand is wort to mention.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach N bay in Kannur. This property is right next to the beach and we had private access to the beach at any time. The beach itself was clean and easy to walk especially to enjoy the sunsets! It was also close to fun things to do in Kannur city and we were able to enjoy the restaurants in the area. Lastly the caretaker Sujit was great and he made daily breakfasts that we loved and addressed all our needs. We would 100% return.

Beautiful location! Right on the beach with great sunset views. Owner was very attentive. Short drive to Kannur with easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The caretaker was wonderful and made the stay very enjoyable. 10/10 would definitely come back.

An Ok place with this pricing for Kannur. Location : The only absolute positive, being the beach location. Rooms : Very small, closely connected rooms so any conversations will make way to nearby room. Its like 3 train compartments interconnected through the doors. Last room is even gloomier. Wifi as opposed to what was mentioned only works for 1 room for signal issues. There were spider webs in our room, and window grills had dust, dead flies. Bedsheets had dust spreaded. Bathrooms though were clean and maintained. AC was in a working condition, but 1 of the remote was unoperational. Be careful with coconuts on trees for cars, human heads .. :) Caretaker was reluctant for making tea, coffee even for a single occasion, though he was supposed to be doing that anytime you ask. I solely went with the reviews apparently, but IMO there are other beach homestays(its not a resort) at this pricing point, so could be explored, but this being an OK option. Its a small property and open area has too many bushes, could have been maintained. The ramp around rooms has too many red ants to be able to sit even for a while. So either you stay in the room or go to beach.

Very fun to walk the beautiful beach and be able to try local foods. It’s also really close to Kannur City which offered a lot of shopping options. Overall a wonderful stay on top of having Sujith as our caretaker was amazing!

We arranged a bachelor party at this location. We had such a wonderful time there. This place is beautifully located near the beach. You can hear the sounds of the waves and feel the wind while sitting outside the building. About the building it's a small house with 4 rooms and a kitchen. Just like a home. I felt a homely feeling when I was there. Owner Sasidharan sir allowed me to use the kitchen, we cooked small dishes, made tea for midnight talks and early morning freshness. Best part, Wake Up early and walk to the left side straight through the beach, there is a big rock in the somewhat middle of the sea, Morning time it's low tide so you can walk through the water and climb the rock to have a wonderful morning vibe. Have a small jogging, not much busy beach more like a private ish beach. I recommend this place to visit and spend some time there with your loved ones. Affordable pricing options.
