I had stayed in a budget friendly room and it was value for money no doubt. It was a budget single room so no view from the room but the room was clean and neat. They have provided soap, towel and mineral water. It's location is near to the town and easily accessible. Free parking is available for five to six cars. There are hotels nearby and if you need food they will arrange it for you.

Hi we are total nearly 28 persons with children's in this group we enjoyed very lot... We directly book the missed residency actually it was very neat and clean and a budget friendly also and the persons are very kind. Actually I faced on emergency situation for my child I informed the reception the immediately took to their car and make it arrangements go to hospital .they are very easily reachable persons and also very kind persons thank you Mist residency... We are a happy customer...

A calm and serene place to stay amidst the busy kattapana town. Staff were very friendly and especially Mr. Albin was ready to help us round the clock. Parking space was ample. Had restaurants, stores and cinema within walkable distance. Not too expensive as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very nicely designed. Soundproofing wasn't great though Linen and toiletries were OK, but pillows could be a lot more cleaner. Lack of free breakfast didn't bother us, but it would be a good addition. Overall we were happy with the stay.
