Break Water Palace Resort

Very very worst experience i have never before. Very bad management. They are shifting luckage without their knowledge. And didnt take responsbile for missing items. Complimentory food was very worst. Staffs are very roude behavior. Pls dont prefer this and dont suggest this.

We recently visited this property from August 5th to August 7th, 2024, traveling from Coimbatore to Cochin. We arrived around 7 PM on 5th August and spoke to the lady managing the property. Although no one else was around, we managed to secure the property for two days, with home-cooked meals included. Final Thoughts: DON'T TRUST THE PROMISES MADE. It’s better to pay 75% upfront and settle the remaining balance upon leaving the property.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. They provided us such a beautiful room with very nice decor,. The place is very clean and super close to sea.. The view & ambience is breathtaking. Also the owner is very supportive. She is very compassionate & can accommodate custom requests too. However the caretaker was kind enough to share his mobile number for communication but yes a phone would be great. I am very happy with my stay and will love to visit again. Thank you!😍

It was an amazing experience here at this property and me and my family enjoyed a lot. I could say that each and every staff were so friendly, welcoming and supportive. Their attitude made us to visit the property again and again and we have a plan for that too soon. I was reading their reviews but happened to see many of the bad reviews and I have no idea why people written like that for a beautiful property with well manners. I prefer everyone to visit this property and enjoy the experience. Thank you 😍

Had very bad experience with the resort and the owner. The owners was very rude. We can't tolerate their behaviour. They don't even know how to behave with their guest and how to give privacy to the guest. We took full resort. In the night the owner was like walking infront of the room and looking into the room with torch. The owner was Using rude and foul language to us. The resort and rooms are not worthy enough

Place was great. Good ambience However the cupboards in the room were not well maintained. No fridge in the rooms. Only on request the glasses were given We had a shortage of towels due to rain which was rather disappointing. However the owners were sweet enough to let us use the pool beyond the check out time. The service staff was also good.
