Xandari Harbour

Arriving at this hotel in the middle of Kochi fort after a long day travelling from the north of India was like arriving in an oasis.||We were greeted with refreshing cold towels and a lime and ginger drink which was delicious.||We have been treated here so well,nothing is too much trouble and all the staff greet you with their wonderful smiles. Service is very attentive and the food is of a very high standard with plenty of choice for even the most discerning of palates. ||The use of the old spice warehouse to make this hotel is ingenious and they have kept a mix of traditional features and paired it with a modern industrial feel. ||The rooms are spacious and all look down to a courtyard containing the infinity pool and the sea. This hotel is mindful of the environment. ||Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you are in for a dinner, the views you get are excellent, same can't be said for the food. I went there with few of my friends at around 9 PM. The place is calm and quiet. Went to the top floor balcony of the restaurant. The views are amazing from here. It's a nice place to have a mocktail and relax. The lake water is almost a feet below the restaurant floor and this was a first time experience for me. Go there if you are looking for a calm and quiet place for dinner. They also had live music played by a local musician. It's overall a feel-good experience.

Location and service were perfect. Our room was well appointed and overlooked the harbour and we slept with the curtains open to awake to the beauty of the harbour. In the pool we were also kept busy watching the activity in front of us.||Food was great and the service impeccable. We arrived for dinner on our last night to be advised that the balcony in the restaurant had been reserved for us, which provided a memorable end to our trip.

Loved this little gem of a hotel on the harbor side of the island away from all the main tourist spots. Nicely located between Fort Cochin and Jew Town and walkable to either area. Great staff, lovely pool, awesome views. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Pretty small and intimate ... quiet.

The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are comfy and the view is unparalleled. The location is a little difficult to arrive at because the roads are really narrow. Apart from that, once you arrive at the place, its a total breeze. Be warned, there's no television as they encourage you to enjoy the property. Perfect for a break though overpriced. No gym as well. But you can swim in the pool instead. Not a lot of space to walk around either.

Went for brunch along with my friends .It was so sunny that one can't use the pool till 5 pm. The room was really good and very spacious . On the brunch, it's expensive for the portions served . Not worth the price. I really liked was the view . It perfect place for an evening !

Great ambiance, great view and amazing dinner - right from Tamarind Ginger Ale to grilled prawns on watermelon to braised lamb was perfection! The desserts were ok - panacotta was dense and didn't jiggle, creme Brulee top cover was made of sugar crystals instead of sugar powder. Overall a great dinner. Decently priced - around 4500 INR for 3 people. It's a non alcoholic place.

By far the BEST place I have stayed in. The hospitality is exceptional. Kalpana is such a wonderful person and a great host. I was here to celebrate birthday and she was helpful enough to make few arrangements as per my need. As luck would have it, we got an upgrade to the suite and that was the best birthday surprise. We had the room with the view of harbour. Through and through it was such a lovely experience. The hotel people were kind enough to cater to my dietary needs. Rooms were clean. Service was promt. The hotel overlooks the harbour. You have a beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant has great options to eat and trust me the food was top notch. Everything on the menu tastes so good. There's live music every night. What's not to like? We loved everything. I am definitely coming back here and would recommend this place to everyone who enjoys five star service at nominal price.
