NillVery Pathetic Experience and a total scam. Went with my family and stayed for a night from 11 p.m and I have been forced by owner to vacate by 11 a.m next day. Even I insisted to pay for next day before I check in, but seems like Owner is total scammer and just neglected my request at last minute, since he got more money for the same rooms from someone else. I have to move to other hotels 20 Kms away with all my family members, without any choice. Please be careful and once you pay the money, you are simply at the mercy of this owner. There is no Courtesy, no professionalism and no customer satisfaction. Not sure what the intent of owner on long term, but really really after money and not sure how long and how many will be cheated by this small size hotel and not a resort. Other points to note, 1) Rooms are very very Unclean 2) Bathroom is not for decent people 3) No proper parking for vehicle 4) Service Boy is good and helpful 5) Food is very average 6) So called sea view area is fully infected with insects and stinking very badly 7) Tariff / Room rent is just unreasonable for the pathetic hotel condition Please take precaution everyone if you are booking / looking at this hotel via Online. Please visit by person and then decide. Else you will be scammed

Nill. The owner is clueless and highly irresponsible, making it impossible to trust staying here. To make matters worse, the same room is allocated to different guests on the same day, creating utter chaos. If you're considering staying here, I strongly recommend booking online to at least have some proof of your reservation. Very disappointing! Ps. I didn't stay in this property cause the Owner was smart enough to make our plan worse.

NillThis place is a scam. Din read the reviews as it was late when we booked. Saw the pics and got fooled. Don't get fooled by the photos available or put up by the property. They are very very very old. 0 stars for rooms. A horrible experience staying here. And the food. Yukkk !!!! and below below below average. Tasted horrible. No access to beach. Only view of the sea. No parking. Rooms don't have balcony. Rooms smell horrble and old. Pungent. No inhouse restaurant. Pls don't order anything ever if offered to make things in house. Extremely old rooms, single some lights as one is living in cherai 100 yrs back. Photos fool you. The owner should have atleast refurbished basic things. Stinking all over the area. The one good thing is sunsets are visible from this place and the owner of this property must not fool customers just by having this. He should have some heart for the tariff here. 4500 for rooms is way too too much. It's a 1000 rupees room hands down. I don't care what the owner has to say or do. Never will go back or recommend. Stupid choice. The guys there had some knowledge of this, but poor beings have been stuck there i guess. Horrible horrible horrible experience. The idly was so soggy. The sambar was water only with some masala in it. The dosa was spoilt was hard as rock. Smelt foul too. Even crows din touch it. We had to go out and eat breakfast. Complimentary MY FOOT !!! What does the owner think. Just by owning a property he thinks can take customers for a ride. Have some heart man. Give some good service and stay experience. Yes I could have chosen a different property but last min booking made us( 6nos) be ok with this one. If the owner replies back badly I will reply back without hesitation. Game on !!

NillOwner of this property seems like a big fraud. I had booked rooms here using booking.com app. He was asking for direct payment via UPI to his account. He shared all details required for payment, in whatsapp. He was not ready to provide invoice for payment. He intentionally declined my card payment when I tried paying through booking.com. After declining for 3 times he asked me to wait for 24hrs so that booking gets cancelled and I can re-book the same. After the booking got cancelled I saw that price for each room had increased by 2 times.

NillVery worst service... Owner very worst 👎.... Service is very bad 👎 Full money mind Very bad service and full of money mind. They say that the booking is inclusive of breakfast but you get only one dish (either appam or idiappam, not your choice they will decide that too). Sea view rooms (only you can seeeee) not even a balcony. ). No TV and nothing. Complete waste of money. We planned for 2 days stay and spoiled our trip by booking stay. Completely cheating owner.

NillI booked this property through booking.com. the hotel owner called and asked pay directly cash to him without invoicing, when I didn't agree he cancelled the booking and increased the price on booking.com website

NillLovely location next to the sea. Good service. Need kettle and tea bag. Breakfast menu can be improved. At least a boiled egg or omelette and some bread.

NillLocation is excellent but hotel has maintainance issue,only sea view rooms are recommended other normal rooms are damp and depressing
