NillAn excellent property with great view. I stayed here 1 day in Tree house and 1 in Pine Prestige. The view from this property is too good. This property is in around 60 acres tea plantation and we can walk around to enjoy the view. The only problem they face is not having a proper restaurant. But they arrange breakfast and dinner from outside which we have to adjust the taste. But the view and location of the property steels the show. Its an ideal place for stay with family and friends

NillIf you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape in the heart of nature, Orma Farm Resort is an absolute gem. Located amidst the serene hills of vagamon. The moment you arrive, the lush greenery and fresh mountain air welcome you, setting the tone for a relaxing retreat. The rooms are well-maintained, offering great comfort and beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony or lounging in the garden, the resort ensures a tranquil atmosphere throughout your stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any need. One of the best aspects of Orma Farm Resort is its connection to nature. The resort is located within a tea plantation , and you can often hear the gentle hum of nature in the background.

NillI recently stayed at this property for two nights, and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. While the location is good and the rooms themselves are decent, the overall service was among the worst I've encountered. First, the caretaker was extremely rude and unhelpful. Throughout our stay, we tried to reach out for assistance with the management, but our calls went unanswered. they responed only when it was time to settle the payment as we checked out. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such a lack of professionalism. In terms of amenities, there were several issues. Despite the cold climate, there was no hot water, which was a huge inconvenience. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided in the room, and no room cleaning during our stay. These basic expectations were simply not met and the care taker blamed on the lack of manpower. The food was another major letdown. They sourced it from outside, and it arrived stale, cold, and tasteless. Given the high prices, it was definitely not worth it. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide plates, spoons, or forks for dinner, which seemed like a very basic oversight. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone. There is a serious need for improvement in both service and amenities.

NillI recently had the misfortune of staying at Orma Farms in Vagamon and my experience was overwhelmingly underwhelming. While the location is picturesque and the rooms are decent, the service was atrocious. The caretaker Mr Stephan was extremely rude and unhelpful, lacking even basic professionalism. Our stay was marred by a series of fundamental issues, including: No hot water available for shower in extreme cold climate, when we requested for hot water, he was asking us to understand his problems No drinking water provided Food was inedible, stale, and served without basic utensils like spoons and plates, They sourced it from outside, but charged a bomb, which was just not worth it. We had to repeatedly request for even the most basic amenities which were denied. The caretaker basically was frustrated with his job and dumped everything on us. Found cockroaches in the washroom, No Toilet rolls in the toilet, When asked the caretaker, he says, I am the only person running around for everything. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. For a farm stay that promises a peaceful getaway, Orma Farms fell woefully short. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner whom we contacted and paid money did not receive our call once we went there, we tried contacting her couple of times to tell the problems that we faced. She was least bothered to call back. Since she had already got the money. Location: 4/5 Rooms: 3/5 Service: 1/5 Food: 1/5 Value: 1/5 Total Rating: 1/5

NillThe resort is absolutely breathtaking from every angle, set within a vast estate that offers an incredible view of lush greenery, tea plantations, and towering trees. Cottages are nestled on the hillside (accessible via a 4x4 jeep provided by the resort), and others are located near the main entrance, surrounded by beautiful tea plantations. One particularly stunning feature is the treehouse cottage, which is as amazing as the pictures suggest. The caretaker was extremely friendly and attentive, always eager to assist guests, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, there were a few areas for improvement. First, test the water jets before use, as they have incredibly high pressure – more like a bazooka – which could damage things ( i assume u understand what i mean ). Additionally, the commode seat cover in our toilet cottage was broken, which was disappointing, especially given the high standards expected from such a scenic property. Lastly, although the resort has a kitchen and dining area, it doesn’t operate a functional restaurant, which was a letdown given the premium pricing and the secluded location. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend this resort for its unparalleled natural beauty and serene landscape.

NillWe stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms were good and the location was mesmerising, unfortunately it ends there. The worst service that you can ever expect from any resorts. Basic amenities like hot water, plates n spoons for dinner were not provided and we literally had to ask for everything and expect them to arrive after 15-20 mins. This was a horrible experience. The person who runs the show (Lean)is not reachable or doesn’t care to call back even after multiple messages or calls. Extremely unprofessional and only wants money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a pleasant stay at Vagamon. Please stay away from this property if you want to enjoy your time, for what they charge it’s absolutely worthless for the kind of experience you get there. Worst ever experience staying here, unfortunately we came through a reference and it was a horrid experience.
