Great place for a family get together. Clean and tidy rooms with awesome buffet food package. The staff are very professional and available at any time for your service. The pool is small, but nice. You can experience a chlorine free pool experience as they change the water in the morning with fresh well water. Overall we had a very good staycation. Thanks to the crew.

Good morning every one I had go through the review and photos about the resort. I am quite happy to book the resort for family get together. But I got a very bad experience from the person who took the phone in reception or reservation desk, he is so arrogant and disconnect the the phone with out say a single word that he will back. Just I inquired about the rack rate for a single / double room, then also asking too much questions. I ask him that just ask you about the rack rate of room then he got angry started screaming. I tried again then another person took the phone says that he is the Manager of the resort. Any way I asked him that I want to speak the person who took the phone first and he says that he is outside. Once again I tried and the same very first person was took the phone and I asked him why you disconnect the phone then he started to screaming, shouting to me over the phone. Also I ask him, his name then he he simply cut the phone. No curtsy no hospitality no professionalism the staff first I talk. I couldn't understand what kind of staff is working such good resort like this also may the OWNERS doesn't know both how the staff behave with guest inside the resort and over the phone.

Me and my family along with my five year old son visited this place for a one day stay at the end of March 2024. We were provided with a welcome drink and our stay was arranged in a cottage which was well maintained and clean including the bathroom. The ambience, served food, house keeping staff, manager and owner all were really good and cooperative. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay. Regards, Baburaj Somanathan.

A good choice for family staycations. The main highlight was the food they provided for lunch and dinner, it was rich in flavour and delicious. The resort is completely environmental friendly, having different birds and animals to make our trip enjoyable.

The resort has a serene environment endowed with melodious birds calling. We really enjoyed the time in the budgies cottage. We chose a villa and it was maintained well and clean. The food served was homely and delicious. All the staff were comforting us like a family with a pleasant smile. Renjith Rajendran with whom we initially communicated was very supportive and friendly. We thank the whole team for the beautiful and worthy time and special thanks to the kitchen team.

Very personalized care by the staff and the rooms are very comfortable. Budgies has a very nice location next to the bird sanctuary, the resort also has birds and a nice jungle like atmosphere. Mr Sudheer the manager has a very nice and helpful attitude and it is like living at home only. The food is simple, tailor-made to your liking, and tasty. Special thanks to Mr Vinod, the guide who made special efforts to help us, organized the boat ride and other trails. His passion for birds is contagious, and the night safari he took us on was a unique experience something to die for. We managed to see all the Malabar trogon, frogmouth, and the owls, thanks to his guidance.

Myself n my wife stayed at budgies for 3 days. The place is so nice and at a convenient location beside the main road. All staff were friendly and ready to help at all times. Food was excellent. We felt so homely and safe!!
