Wonderful stay for my anniversary. Great food and great location. And great service. However was disappointed that theres no beach anymore in Kovalam

Deeply disappointed in the service especially by the security staff here at the property. We keep telling ourselves that they are doing their jobs but some of them are extremely rude and has killed the joy in my trip. Having presumptions about guests is not a healthy sign especially when it comes from the security of a 5 star property. Deeply disappointed. Today was my first day of check in. Will be checking out as soon as possible and never coming back here just because of the way the staff has been treating me. Front office staff were excellent and polite. It’s just the security who pretend to be FAKE POLICE with their walkie-talkies ruining the properties name and value. Please do background checks before hiring goons as your security as I sincerely feel threatened by the their looks and attitude. Update : By the time I checked out I realised that all in all the property was excellent and over comes the flaws, has great views all around. GEM of a place and I hope it lasts forever. Kudos to the chef for the wonderful spread. The staff were just too kind and polite and attends to your every need. Appreciate the effort when you see it but just because of a few bad apples I had a bad experience for a moment . Maybe add fishing as one of the activities for the evening if possible, as it as an ideal spot for that and more boating activities too.

I stayed at the Taj property in Kovalam Beach, and it was amazing! The hotel has fantastic views of the lagoon and the beach. The rooms are really nice, with your own private view of greenery and water. We chose a room up high, and it was totally worth the cost. The staff was great – it felt like each of them truly cared and genuinely was interested in making our stay memorable. They have buggies that took us from our door to the lobby or the restaurant. Our vacation lasted for one day only, and my heart was almost broken that it was getting over! Special thanks to the front office team, Mr. Vinugopal, Shiva, and Abhireema, for personally making our experience so special. If you want a relaxing and beautiful stay, I highly recommend this property.

The 16 acre Taj Green Cove,   resort in Kovalam, has a kilometre of coastline, Balinese style villas nestled on a hillock overlooking the Ocean with a lagoon in between. Ayurveda and Jiva spa lead by a Naturopathy Doctor. Wellness Spa therapies as well as A holistic Wellness Routine is crafted on request by our Wellness Doctor.
