Stay Well Ayurvedic Beach Resort

If given the chance we would have stayed here even longer. We kept extending our stay everyday haha. The staff was so pleasant, the rooms were spacious and tidy and to top this off, we had a beach front view from our balcony. Thank you for everything.

This homestay is located at the very beginning of the Kovalam Lighthouse beach. Their deluxe AC sea view room was an absolute delight. The view from the room is breathtaking and the sea is right infront. The main road and lighthouse is at stone's throw away. The owner and his brother were very helpful and welcoming. They helped us when we needed to extend our stay, recommend nearby shopping places and were always a call away. The rooms could be maintained a bit more as the door handles were fully rusted and mouldy but given the close proximity to the sea this is inevitable. Overall it was a very nice experience staying here and their service was top notch! Would definitely recommend.

The hotel & The location is just awesome..it's near by sea and direct access to beach. The service given by the hotel staff and Specially Mr. Karthik (Manager) was very friendly. We loved the stay and look forward to come again in future..

My special thanks to Dr. Hari and Dr. Harishma for the 14 day panchakarma treatment. I have been to several places for Ayurvedic treatment but I should say this was the best so far. Both the doctors were gentle and had tons of patience listening to all your queries and replying to them. Each treatment was personalized and it was not a fixed package like most other resorts in zone offer. The treatments changed if body reacted in a different manner. We are from Italy and I am basically from Kerala and I know a lot about holistic healing and this is one place where they don’t just blindly prescribe Ayurvedic treatments but also suggest how to lead a healthy life by eating the right foods and exercising. Even after treatment Dr. Hari was available for any clarifications. I saw amazing results just after this short treatment and for sure I will be returning to get another panchakarma treatment my next trip to India. Take my word, you will feel at home with them and their staff. Positive and ever smiling doctors. Thank you and see you soon.. 🙏

Stay Well Resort is first of all an Ayurvedic Clinic managed by Doctor Hari and his sister Doctor Harishima.||I did read most of reviews related to Stay Well as a resort. Everything (rooms, sea view, cleanliness and perfect location) are really well described. |So I can't add anything useful on this topic, except that: Once I got to Stay Well resort, I just realise how lucky I am. ||Ayurveda is 6000 years Dr. Hari told me on our first meeting, so i quickly understood that being an Ayurvedic Doctor is a very complex practice. |During our first conversation Dr. Hari explaneid me the procedure of the 21 days Panchakarma's cure. |Everything he said was simple, said with infinite kindness and modesty.|Every day during treatment, Dr Hari took time to explain me how he intend to cure my pathologies. |He did assist me on every step of the treatment. Panchakarma can be a bit tough at some point. So I always could count on Dr. Hari or Dr Harishima for support. |The staff at Stay Well are very skilled, kind and always helpfull.||Before my stay at Stay Well Ayurvedic clinic I had no idea about Panchakarma. |Since I decided to have a treatment, I just tried to be disciplined (scrupulously following all Dr. Hari advices) and wait for results.||I had Panchakarma treatment 120 days ago. Now I still do notice amazing results. Skin is litterally rejuvinated. I wake up and feel so well. My body moves like it did 20 years ago (i'm 64 now). No more back pain or else. I don't need to have a nap on day time, I'm full of energy now. |I really didn't expect to be able to feel so well again. It's amazing.| Obviously I still follow Dr Hari advices : being carefull on what i eat and doing a bit of exercises, that's all. |||I just wish to add that the variety of restaurants, beach and village life, friendliness of the people made my 23 days stay at Light House beach an unforgettable life experience.| I have been travelling a lot, seen places, loved many of them but Light House Beach and particularly Stay Well Resort are UNIQUE.

We just stayed for 3 weeks at the Stay Well Ayurveda Beach Resort. It really was a great stay (I rarely write reviews but this was a genuinely amazing time). |From an Ayurvedic perspective DrHari and the team are skilled, knowledgeable and super attentive. I did a 21 day programme including 2+ hours a day of treatment massages etc and with a mix of personalised medications for detox and nourishment. |My wife had a number of facials in the cosmetology side of the menu of services offered as well as massages and loved them … and also did the daily Yoga on the rooftop teaching area, surrounded by the tops of the palm trees and with the sound of the ocean. |The treatment rooms were all in the same small hotel as our A/C room as well as the Yoga classes. |From the hotel arranging a 5 am taxi pick up at Trivandrum airport when we landed through to a late check out on our final day this was all really high quality and highly recommended. Beautiful place and with such an incredibly friendly team there’s nothing more that any of us need from a rejuvenating holiday. |From a hotel point of view the location is fantastic and only a 5metre pavement from the peaceful, lighthouse end of the beach at Kovalam. January is a good month in South India with the temperature around 30 degrees C but also the sea temperature around 26 degrees C. Totally recommended.

Great value for money with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I opted for a room with a fan and it was very clean, had a comfy bed and a great view right on the beach. I also enjoyed the rooftop yoga. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to the Lighthouse Beach.

Offers amazing sea view. This is one of the best hotel you can get on Kovallam. Very satisfied with the services and infrastructure.
