Avg hotel but great location. You can see the sea from balcony and even from your room. It's located just beside the sea only. Kovalam light house also 5 minutes walk. But rooms are not so clean. Lights and furniture are broken. Ground floor has nice seating arrangement but looks dirty, cleaning stuffs are there but not doing their job properly. Our bathroom had strong smoking smell and exhust fan was not working. If you want good location budget hotel..you can go with it. We stayed only one night around 11 hours only as we had to travel other places.

Best experience ever.. The staffs are so much supportive.. They help us in every moment and in every situation. The location is awesome.. You can enjoy the beauty of sea here.. The room also very vast in size..

Guys telling you don’t ever go to this resort. Lizard in washroom. Dirty and smelly room and washroom. If you really want to use washroom then you have to do squats as you do in public washroom. Food quality is really bad you will fall sick. Chair’s are dirty as well. Ewww. No telecom in room you have to call with your phone.overall all disgusting 🤢

Terrible Hotel with Terrible Rooms. Smelly rooms with unwashed bed and linens Unclean Washrooms with lizard in it. Wifi doesn't work 90% of the time. No proper doors. No Telecom Just a terrible experience with no sleep.

Disappointing Stay at Hawa Mahal Hotel - Kerala Rating: 1/5 Booking with name -Ramesh Chad I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hawa Mahal Hotel in Kerala, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The hotel failed to provide even the basic amenities, making our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making it difficult to relax in the sweltering heat. To make matters worse, the charging plug points were not functioning, leaving us without a way to charge our devices. The lack of supporting staff was appalling. There was no one to assist us with our queries or concerns, leaving us to fend for ourselves. The room and washroom had a persistent bad smell, which was unbearable. It seemed like the hotel had not taken any measures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. We were also surprised to find that there was no staff to help us with our luggage, either from the car to the hotel or vice versa. This was a major inconvenience, especially since we had elderly people in our group. The kitchen was woefully understaffed, with only one person managing everything. This led to delays and inefficiencies in food service. Overall, our stay at Hawa Mahal Hotel was a disaster. The hotel needs to seriously work on its infrastructure, staffing, and cleanliness to provide even a basic level of service to its guests. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was great staying with GOKULAM. People here are so polite, friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay and it also and it has a great sky bar. 100% recommended. It also has a pool, washrooms are neat and clean. Room service is great.

There is no food options here. Even the breakfast they serve comes from other hotel. Rooms were ok location us just next to beach

Not eligible for even one star, has wifi but no speed to surf the internet, has tv but haven’t paid the bills for the channel operator, worst service. Edit: also we waited 2 hours to checkin our room, saying that they are cleaning.
