One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect Highly recommended for people who is looking for "PURE AYURVEDA" treatment and no other gimmicks!!.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at your hotel and was deeply disappointed with the experience. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. Lizard Inside the Room: This was completely unacceptable and a clear sign of poor hygiene and maintenance. It made my stay very uncomfortable. 2. Hand Shower Not Working: Basic amenities like this should always be functional. It caused significant inconvenience. 3. TV Not Working: The TV was non-operational throughout my stay, which added to the frustration. 4.Slow service: Many basic things were missing in room like tissue paper, bathroom mat. After asking for 2-3 times person used to come very late. I expected a much higher standard of service. This experience has left a negative impression, and I won’t be recommending or revisiting this property.

I recently stayed at this resort. Overall, it's a decent place with some strengths and weaknesses. The resort itself is good, but it's located in an inner area that's a bit challenging to access due to narrow roads. Rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, though I faced some issues with the amenities; the TV in my room wasn't working, and room service could use improvement. The food was average, and prices were on the higher side. For example, a glass of buttermilk costs around 100 Rs, which seemed excessive. Overall, it was an average experience. The place has potential, but it could benefit from improvements in service and pricing.

Bathrooms were not getting locked from inside. And i think they already knew there is issue with the bathroom, yet they ignore to solve it. Manager was rude. ||Cleanliness in the bathroom was also very bad. There was always some bad odour. |Breakfast was average. |However, we ordered ala carte which was good. Restaurant manager soumya showed very good hospitality.

Worst experience. The rooms are very average, as are the location and other things. No hygiene in the rooms at all nor the bathroom is cleaned. Not at all worth it. Don't go with the paid reviews ... I made a mistake booking this resort based on their photos etc. If you are on a vacation with the family then don't even think about booking this resort and spoil your and family happy time.

I recently stayed here. I didn't like location. Resort is 2 km far from beach. Roads to reach resort is too narrow and bad condition. Service was ok. I reached hotel before check-in time. They had room available but staff was not ready to give. After some conversation, they gave it to me. Room was not cleaned properly. Food quality was average.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. This is a 4-star hotel, but the room feels more like a 2-star experience. The room I was assigned was located next to an open party area, which resulted in constant noise throughout my stay. The lack of proper soundproofing made it difficult to rest or relax. Additionally, the balcony curtains did not fully cover the space, allowing light to stream in at all hours. This was quite disruptive, especially at night. Privacy was another issue—opening the curtains was not an option, as people outside could easily see into the room. Overall, the ambiance felt more like a hostel than a hotel, lacking the comfort and privacy one would expect. I hope the management addresses these issues for a better guest experience in the future. Not child friendly. There is no baby seat available in the restaurant. No refrigerator in the room to keep baby milk bottle. You have to ask for all the little things like no toilet paper in the washroom. No tissue in the room.

Place is good. Clean and tidy but with our one night stay lot of things went wrong.. like bathroom lights were not working, no hand towel in bathroom and no toilet paper. Had to call reception many times for the same reason to get things done but some requests were not even fulfilled, little disappointed but overall experience was ok.
