Sagara Beach Resort

Our stay at Sagara Resort was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly gentle, cooperative, and attentive to all our needs. The managers and reception team were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious vegetarian dishes available. It was truly a relaxing holiday for my family, and my child had an amazing time. The swimming pool was pristine, well-maintained, and offered a refreshing experience. The resort is situated in a beautiful location, with breathtaking views from our room. The owner of the resort is humble, down-to-earth, and incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable

Excellent experience. We were in premium room and view was superb. There is way to beach from hotel. We could walk there in 5 to 8 min. Staff is polite and helpful. However, we found delay in restaurant service but they have already mentioned it on menu card. Buffet was quite good.

The service was excellent. Rooms were clean and the hotel is just a stone's throw away from beach. The view is very beautiful. Food here is also hygienic and scrumptious, at the same time very reasonable also. The manager Emanuel was very sweet and greeted us with commendable hospitality. The hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade our room to a higher category suite. Overall, me and my family enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff in the lobby is quite rude. They were speaking to me as if we were children and stupid. Simply unacceptable. I requested a room for my grandma and grandpa either on the first floor or with elevator access. My grandparents are in their high 70s and the hotel didnt help. They said our room has elevator access, but they had to walk down 2 hallways, up a flight of stairs, and down another. This is unacceptable. The food staff were fantastic, very kind and respectful. Location is also great. Rooms seem to be clean at first glance but noticed lots of ants. We didn’t have any food in the room or anything. If you want to be treated like an idiot for wanting a comfortable stay this is the place! Otherwise I recommended literally anything else. EDIT: I just went to the doctor. I am covered in ant bites. Will be taking this up with the Kerala tourism board.

Rooms were not clean. Washroom towels are smelling dirty. I asked for room cleaning after check in as some area is not cleaned properly on service desk but no one came. Food quality was not good. We ordered ginger chicken and it was sweet in taste. Our room fan was not working properly. It was noising a lot and working on 5 speed only. Ac was also making lot of noise. I had a great 6 days Holiday out of 5 days were memorable in Kerala except stay at Sagara resort which was most disappointing.

Very good property and near to kovalam beach. Rooms are spacious. Service is also good. Staff is polite and cooperative Food is a bit average and not up to the mark. Specially veg options and taste is not that great

What truly stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile and accommodating special requests, he made everything seem effortless. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, but it’s Immanuel’s warm demeanour and exceptional service that truly elevated my experience.

Terrible rooms! When I checked in, there was water all over the floor and bathroom flush not working. I book three rooms and two rooms had this issue. In the other room the tap was broken and water won't stop. Maintainance staff is slow to respond and say they can't do anything but will send technician later to fix the issue. They claim to be 3-star maybe because of location but the rooms are terrible. Expect cheap hotel like room in a big resort at a decent location.
