I had such a lovely experience at The Raviz Kadavu. This is my second visit, and it still feels just as special as the first time. The ambience is absolutely beautiful – calm, elegant, and very relaxing, especially with the riverside view and greenery all around. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time away from the rush. What really made my visit memorable is the staff. They are extremely sweet, polite, and attentive, always ready with a warm smile and quick service. Their hospitality makes you feel truly welcomed and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience again. Definitely a place I would love to keep coming back to ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We booked a stay at Raviz Resort for my parents’ wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be the best gift for them. From the moment they arrived, the staff made them feel so special and cared for. The resort atmosphere is peaceful, luxurious, and truly perfect for such an occasion.My parents were extremely happy with the comfort of the room, the thoughtful arrangements, and the warm hospitality shown throughout their stay. The dining experience was also excellent, with delicious food and attentive service that made their anniversary dinner very memorable.A big thank you to the entire Raviz team for making their celebration so joyful and unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special getaway with family!

Had a pretty bad experience booking direct with the hotel. The front office executive Mr.Praise had taken down a request for a standard room and assured that we will be able to walk in. We had requested for an airport pickup which was organised. But the nightmare started after arriving at the hotel. Mr.Praise initially said they only had the river front room costing ₹12500 whereas on the phone he had assured to provide a standard room which was available online at ₹6200. On mentioning that he offered to bring the rate down to ₹9500 and then subsequently to ₹7500. We were taken aback by this unprofessionalism and refused to be entertained by such unethical attitude and decided to pay for the taxi fare and leave. Again with the taxi fare Mr.Praise asked for a fare of ₹1470 while he had whatsapped a rate of ₹1155. Which when pointed out he agreed to collect ₹1155. We were completely shocked at this unabashed ripping the customer attitude. Have never come across such a situation at any hospitality chain

It's a good hotel by the side of the lake. But the rooms are a bit old. Renovation definitely helps. Also a little more staff effort will be great. Saw the staff welcoming other tourists with garland and sandal wood paste but we didn't get anything at the time of check in. The room location and views are good and they've marginally enough resources like speed boating, gym, badminton court and swimming pool. But renovation will be expected for all these facilities

Visited this place for 3 days for a marriage. Facilities are very good. We stayed in a cottage and view from there of the river was mesmerising. Food was good. Courteous staff. Could not enjoy the massage facility. But have decided to visit again.

Absolutely amazing Resort. Out of everything the best part is the staff . Restaurant, house keeping, room service to reception amazing staff . Pros - Excellent staff , amazing food with in all.food outlets . Keraleeyam my favourite. Clean swimming pool . Amazing bed . Amazing view from the rooms . Evening tea corner and snacks bar is amazing from every day 430 to 5 pm . Boat ride through chaliyar river for 1100 for 15 minutes . We enjoyed it . They do it until 6pm . You need to block it in advance. So clean and serene atmosphere. Everything is possible. They treated as very well . Con - They need swimming pool Beds . Currently only 5 is clearly not enough . Europeans like to spend lots of time in pool side . We had people pushing us to leave the pool area which was stressful. People from North India wearing pyjama in the pool . They need to impose swimming wear strictly..Shouldn't do no exception what so ever ..It's un hygienic. Should advise people in the swimming pool that not to spit inside the swimming pool . I hate when People from room coming in for breakfast wearing bed time shorts ..straight from shower and drying her at the buffet counter , and drying towel in the chair . Hell no . You should decline them at all cost . This happened in Keralayeem for breakfast. It's un hygienic. May be You should be bring your complimentary evening tea and snack slightly earlier to 4pm so people will have great appetite for dinner . ********** My take if you want a place for Ayurvedic treatment,great food and great service do not think twice book Raviz kadavu .

We had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant today, which unfortunately overshadowed what was meant to be a special family occasion—our father’s birthday. There were five of us. We ordered à-la-carte food for three people and two buffet meals. After placing the order, we waited nearly 45 minutes without receiving our food. During this long wait, we had already ordered drinks, and my father understandably wanted something to eat along with them. At one point, his grandson shared a small piece of chicken with him while we were waiting. This was noticed by a staff member, who then behaved very impolitely and unprofessionally, making us feel as though we had done something wrong or were “stealing” buffet food. The tone and manner were humiliating and completely unnecessary. Hospitality is not just about food—it’s also about respect and courtesy. The way this situation was handled made us extremely uncomfortable, and by the time our food finally arrived, we had lost our appetite and the joy of the celebration. We sincerely request the hotel management to take this feedback seriously and ensure that staff are properly trained on customer etiquette and empathy, especially during sensitive family occasions. A polite clarification would have been more than sufficient. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
