We had the most amazing stay at Hills and Hues Resort! The resort is nestled in the mountains, offering breathtaking views that make it a true paradise for nature lovers. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and scenic vistas was a highlight of my trip. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized service throughout my stay, their hospitality was top-notch. It felt like home away from home. The resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, with various outdoor activities and peaceful spots to unwind. The food was delicious, and the dining area offered beautiful views to enjoy your meals. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and exceptional service, I highly recommend Hills and Hues Resort. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came across this place through Google reviews and I’d say that this place matches what’s been described. It’s a super cute cottage inn type stay you hear about in storybooks. Rooms are very cute with beautiful balcony views, they even offer complimentary fruit plate and chargeable yummy snacks. Service is top notch and kind amongst all staff. You can see monkeys throughout the property and from your room windows! So fun Only thing I’d recommend is to have the property install dehumidifiers in the room as the climate in the mountains creates moisture quickly. Also a few extra small lamps in the rooms. Overall, super cute and really nice experience to be in the forest amidst mountains and views. This property is right on the border of Kerala and Tamil Nadu! Highly recommend

Before booking actually wondered how come this much good review a hotel can possess but now i understood its too much worth for the hype and not hesitant to put 5/5. Food was really great and the suggestions they gave was worth. Even though infinite pool takes the majority of appreciation the view from the restaurant and the way restaurant was decorated was also too good. Everywhere you can see a good frame for a pic. Infinite pool was too good and well maintained and the service was also great. Prompt responses after dialing to the reception.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this resort, located on top of a hill and surrounded by lush greenery. The location itself is breathtaking, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. We stayed for three nights—two nights in a cozy cottage that felt like a charming treehouse, and one night in the luxurious 360-degree view King’s Suite. Both accommodations were unique and offered stunning views. The staff here are outstanding—from the security personnel to the reception team, everyone was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Their genuine hospitality and helpful nature added a personal touch to our experience. A special mention goes to Chef Ram, who elevated our stay with his culinary skills. The food was exceptional—some of the best we've had at any resort in Kerala. Chef Ram’s dedication was evident as he personally checked with us and other guests about the food, patiently listened to our preferences, and even offered to prepare dishes not listed on the menu. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction were truly commendable. We were looking for a peaceful and restful retreat, and this resort delivered on every front.

The views are extraordinary, the food an absolute standout, the service everything one could want. The staff evens surprised us with a goodbye cake! It is only a 20 minute driver to the Periyar Tiger Reserve. We took a nature walk in the morning and a jungle scout tour at night in the Reserve. We also took a tour on a different day in the tea plantations. The hotel helped us arrange the various trips/treks in which we were interested. The memories will last a lifetime!

This is one of the most stunning places I have ever been to. Stayed in the Kings lair room. Breathtaking views, outstanding hospitality and some of the most attentive staff i have ever seen. The food is also absolutely fabulously. I will return with my family for sure. Every single one of the staff was exemplary

The Kings Lair suite that we have used was so nice. The room was so clean and well maintained. I was really impressed with the view from the room and from the resort. The hills and valley view from the resort was stunning. The restaurant and the surroundings were gorgeous. Moreover the staffs were so nice and their hospitality was truly exceptional. Hills and Hues is a perfect place for a great leisure experience.

Beautiful place. Loved the staying there . Mr.Prabhu is a sweet person. He managed our entire stay and planned everything for us. Place is located in hill top . Best time to visit Nov to Jan. Infinity pool is amazing. Stayed in jacuzzi room . Loved it . foods are delicious. Fish gravy and rice is a must try .
