Awesome stay and a pleasant view form here. Morning breakfast was complimentary and I rate their food 5/5 . Food was really good. Old people or people who have knee or leg issue may face trouble to route to their rooms. Swimming pool was clean and clear and we can use between 8 AM to 6 PM. Alcohol is allowed only inside the room. They arrange Trekking, booking to events and jeep safari's. Will visit once again.

Dont book by seeing fake reviews.. Excellent location.. Bit difficult for aged people to reach rooms..caz its on hill.. We had a very bad stay... (booked 3 Premium Rooms) Even though the location and views are very good, but the property maintenance is very poor. we hae just wasted stay day and money. Unprofessional staff, very bad service, Rooms were not properly cleaned, dusty towels provided, toilets are not properly cleaned all 3 rooms toilets had some issues like water tap not properly working, broken toilet seats, lights not working properly, exhaust fans not working.. Not only hot water normal water itself was not available for morning one hour. we mainly took this property for using pool that also after checking with them about the cleaning of the pool, but unfortunately the pool was uncleaned with lots of mud and dead flies inside. we were unable to use the same. My suggestion don't book this property.. don't waste your money..

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The accommodation was appalling. The room was filthy, with stained carpets and a lingering musty odor that made it hard to breathe. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. I found several bugs crawling around, which made my skin crawl. As for the staff, they were unhelpful and rude. When I reported the issues with my room, the front desk clerk rolled their eyes and told me it was "not a big deal." I felt completely disregarded and unwelcome. There was also a significant lack of professionalism; I witnessed staff members arguing loudly in the hallway, which added to the overall uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, the amenities advertised were nonexistent. The rooms are not the same as shown in the pics And the latch of the door was broken of the toilet It's a very old property. If you value your comfort and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. This place is a complete disaster, and I regret not checking other reviews before booking. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

The location of this resort is itself gives a positive energy . We love how naturalistic this place truly is . We really loved the balcony setup . The room , bathroom and everything were neatly arranged and were super clean and tidy . The swimming pool was also clear . Most importantly we really appreciate the kindness and hospitality shown by the staff . The complementary breakfast was also served nicely and was delicious. This is indeed really worthy place to enjoy your vacation .

Best location, best view, mountain, valley and fog view from every cottage is superb. However senior citizens should book lower level cottage as there is a very very steep slope to climb and there are no stairs. Otherwise it is an excellent stay.

The Property is beautiful and views from room are amazing. Breakfast was so delicious. Service was prompt. Humble Staff. Only few things can be corrected. 1. Spider webs could be cleaned. 2.Considering villa are based on hill ..for elderly people you can built stairs for easy climb. This location is a bit downhill from munnar main town that's the only turnoff.

We had an incredible stay at Munnar Majestic Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to breathtaking views and warm hospitality. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with all the amenities we needed. The resort's beautifully landscaped grounds were a joy to explore, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking leisurely strolls around the property. The staff were truly exceptional - friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious and served promptly.

First, the check-in process was a nightmare, we had to wait over an hour, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. Once we got to our rooms, it was not what we expected. It was not clean at all. There were crumbs & dirt all over the floor, the bathroom had mold in the corners, there was crap all over the toilet seat, toilet seat was broken, door handles broken and there was only one working light in the room which was also flickering, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the amenities were lacking. The Wi-Fi was slow, no packaged drinking water bottle. Overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. There are much better options in the area.
