We stayed here in Dec'24, My family liked this place a lot. The manager (Mr. Aneesh) is very friendly and understanding to the needs to customer. Care taker (Mr. Badshah) was really happy to serve with a smile. They kept music and bon fire ready and requested us avail facilities. Swimming pool was clean and overall a perfect family vacation place. Note : No seperate Veg kitchen. Can't comment on food as didn't taste it. 1.5 km off road experience was great, once you feel a bit anxious but then it becomes easy.

The room was exceptionally neat and clean, offering premium accommodations. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly attentive and available to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. Despite our last-minute booking, especially late at night, they went above and beyond to support us in every way possible.

Visited this resort with family. Pros: Neatly maintained and clean rooms Caretaker is always there and helpful (very happy with his service) Breakfast served was good Pool was clean and well maintained. Small kids play area is also there. They will provide carroms also on request. Located in Tea gardens, so can enjoy the views and can have morning walks. Cons: The road to resort (almost 2kms drive) is pathetic. Requested for bonfire but they said it is chargeable at 1000. Saw the owner responding to few reviews that transport facility is available. But it should be atleast conveyed to customers after booking. Otherwise, no one will know that such a facility exists. We were also slightly disappointed with the owner as he promised us pool side rooms, but he did not give us. He did not atleast call and inform about the unavailability of pool side room. There is only 1 pool side cottage, but all their photos in various websites show as if all rooms have pool side view. So dont get deceived by that.

Very difficult to reach the place in car also. Don't come here if you have mini bus or TT . Rooms are good. Serene place.

We have stayed here recently for 2 nights, below are the pros and cons: Pros - 1. Very Prompt Response. 2. Rooms are very clean. 3. Service is excellent. 4. Location is awesome. 5. They have allowed us to enter the kitchen to prepare few items. 6. Swimming pool is very clean and they have small play area for kids. Cons - 1. To reach the stay, there is 2kms off road. 2. In rooms they provide only 1 towel and 1 hand towel for two people.( We have called them multiple times to request for 2 more towels for 5 adults and 1 kid). 3. No WiFi, No AC 4. No proper restaurant, but we can order food(very limited menu) before hand.for example - if you want to order food for dinner, you need to inform them before 5:30 pm. Note - Expect monkeys during mornings near the stay as this place is on hill top.

Sweet little property with hospitable and friendly staff. Clean rooms, spacious hall and balcony,decent pool and homely food. I even got help with buying some stationary when staff when downhill. Monkeys playing around the property and over the roof (including the transparent roof of the balcony) was exciting for kids. Monkeys are visible only for a part of the day. We enjoyed mist coming down during night! Off road to approach the resort and no access to WiFi were the drawbacks we saw.

Very nice experience, good resort for family also. Well behaved staffs. Rooms and all are very clean. I really enjoyed.
