The stay was exceptionally comfortable, with excellent services provided by the staff. Whilst staff were friendly, their lack of proper English was not supportive. This resort is of the beaten track and costs of taxi to get to and from the resort are hideous. This should be noticed if you look for a value for money option! The food was good, but the cleaning standards were not so great. We had to ask for another room as the room offered was quite moldy! Whilst in the middle of tea plantations, there are no tours offered. The resort also struggled to support with Thekkady related activities. All in all, a less than average experience for us. And I didn't mention several power outages at night.

Had an extremely pleasant time over here with my family. Such a great getaway to a serene and calm spot. Do call the reception prior to travel to find the correct directions for a smooth ride (maps tend to confuse the way in). The rooms were clean and the views were right out of a picture. Recovered and Rejuvenated , definitely recommend to anyone trying to find their peace again.

Its was very good experience there. From the first call of enquiry to the check out from there the service was excellent. All of the staff very courteous and professional. You must choose this if you are looking for a relaxing stay. We have enjoyed their watch tower in the evening and the resort was fully covered by fog and mist. Everything was well maintained and clean. Also they have a special candle light dinner room.

It was a truly relaxing and pleasant experience. We were given choice of rooms and we went with 2 adjacent rooms for the tea garden view from balcony. There is everything to love about this place - spacious, clean, beautiful, calm and serene. Food was very good and the staff was very courteous making the stay very pleasant. We would visit this place if we travel towards Vagamon again and would recommend too.

Great Property and memorable stay experience at Tea Terrain…carried lots of good memories to share and long cherish…would definitely recommend and suggest my known contacts to plan a visit to your resort to have the similar experience.. The property was well designed with lots of greenery and flower plants and so well maintained…The food arrangements were also good all throughout our stay and the Chief Chef was always ready to take feedback on any improvements and wants to prepare the best customised menu.. Happy to share the rooms were perfectly maintained with prompt service response and love and care by your wonderful Team..Mr. Alan Jacob was always ready to help and support whenever required from the day one of my check in to check out…Keep up the good work Mr. Alan and continue to win many hearts…
